We stopped in to help my brother in law get a car, they were easy to work with and had us out in 30 minutes. Plus they made him a great deal.

STAY FAR AWAY -- AUTO BY DESIGN, LLC is a shady business. I purchased a 2005 Bentley Arnage from this dealer. I had been watching the on-line ad for this car for nearly a year. The price dropped from $58,790 to $41,790 which is when I entered into negotiations to purchase the Bentley. I asked questions about the condition of the vehicle and if there were any repairs made. I was assured there were NO repairs made to the Bentley with exception of replacing 2 batteries. Auto By Design, LLC even generated a Car Fax report giving to me showing the service history of the Bentley as an assurance no work had been done on the vehicle. When the car arrived in California, there were problems reported to Auto By Design, LLC who ignored the complaints. This dealership sold a car in violation of Virginia Law that requires a dealer to comply with the mandatory annual inspection. Upon inspection of the vehicle, it was determined to be UNSAFE to operate on the public highways! Auto By Design lied about repairs being, didn't comply with the mandatory vehicle safety inspection. The Bentley has cracked ball joints, a cracked sway bar, leaking thermostat, and leaking hydrolic fluids. The car could not even pass a smog inspection! STAY AWAY FROM AUTO BY DESIGN, LLC

Test drove porsche and got error code. Was told would be fixed after purchase. Was not fixed, blamed year of car and was told to suck his XXXX.

I"I agreed upon a price for a 2016 range rover. The dealership asked for a deposit i sent over the deposit within 30 mins. I was told that the deposit would hold the vehicle for 7 days. They asked for a copy of my license. I sent it. I explained that I was pre-approved and I just needed to send over the VIN number and let the credit union process it. I contacted my credit union and completed all necessary paperwork. I placed insurance on the Vehicle. Paid the deposits for the insurance. everything is completed. I get a email this morning saying a refund has been refunded from the dealership. I immediately call and the salesperson and he says the owner sold the car over the weekend. After 4 days not the seven days promised. My credit union has the check/draft made out to Auto by Design now am llivid. went through all the work and did everything asked and they sold the vehicle out from under me. Crooks. Iam currently checking to see if I have any recourse. Don't trust this dealership."

Great customer service. Very easy buying process. I purchased my vehicle sight-unseen. My salesman (who was great to work with) provided me with over 50 images of the vehicle, but left out one pretty noticeable body flaw. I purchased a Jeep, so not totally bummed about body issues. Nevertheless, I wish that they would have provided the flaws in addition to the flattering images of the vehicle. When buying remotely, I would advise to request images of all body flaws prior to purchase. Overall, really happy with my purchase and, especially when buying remotely, I would absolutely recommend using these guys!
