I came for an oil change and the price was suppose to include the rotation of my tires, but the tire rotation was not done and I was charged for the whole service of oil change and tire rotation. I did not mention it to the service personnel because I was already tired of waiting!

My car slaesman was BB and he was very helpful and very quick with my process of getting a wonderful 2014 chevy cruze from Orisman I would reccomend him and this dealership to everyone I know

My great experience at Ourisman Chevrolet Marlow Heights started as soon as I walked in the door and met my salesman Rick Jenkins. I tried two dealerships before coming to Ourisman Chevrolet Marlow Heights. Neither one had the 2014 Chevy Equinox or the deal that I wanted. My salesman and financial manager Oguz Akay were very helpful and pleasant. My experience wasn't stressful at all. They answered all my questions and made sure I walked out of there with a brand new SUV and great deal! My sales person Mr. Jones, and my finance person Mr. Akay were very attentive to me during my visit at Ourisman. This is my first time purchasing a brand new car and at first I was hesitant but they both made me very comfortable with my choice of purchase. I even had a visit to the Service department and Mr. Holdaway is also very nice.

I got my oil changed but they forgot to refill my windshield wiper fluid. Makes me question if they actually checked any of the fluids. Car buying experience was great but not so sure about car maintenance experience.

I brought my chevy Malibu in because I was having transmission problems and my sales Rep. Jay Lambert was very attentive and work wit me got my car fixed in 24hrs and now my car is running like brand new I thank Ourisman for their awesome service
