Not Getting What Paid For . . .
I came for an oil change and the price was suppose to include the rotation of my tires, but the tire rotation was not done and I was charged for the whole service of oil change and tire rotation. I did not mention it to the service personnel because I was already tired of waiting!

My great experience at Ourisman Chevrolet Marlow Heights started as soon as I walked in the door and met my salesman Rick Jenkins. I tried two dealerships before coming to Ourisman Chevrolet Marlow Heights. Neither one had the 2014 Chevy Equinox or the deal that I wanted. I went online and saw the Ourisman Chevrolet Marlow Heights had the SUV. Natasha Jones contact me via email to come in. When I came in I was introduce to Mr. Jenkins. My salesman and financial manager Oguz Akay were very helpful and pleasant. My experience wasn't stressful at all. They answered all my questions and made sure I walked out of there with a brand new SUV and great deal! I've already told all my Facebook family and friends "If you're looking to buy a new vehicle, please go to Ourisman Chevrolet Marlow Heights and asked for Rick Jenkins. He's the best!" Thank you for the great customer service. It's funny a few people in my Facebook circle already knew how great your establishment is. Many have brought new vehicles from Ourisman Chevrolet Marlow Heights. That just made me feel even more confident that I chose the right place to buy my SUV. Again, thank you!

Outstanding Customer Service
We found the Theresa Lewis very personable and knowledgeable of the vehicles. She did not pressure us into a deal and answered all questions/concerns. Dick Lamb was a pleasure to deal with in the Finance Dept. He ensured we understood all options. Our purchase was a pleasant experience at Ourisman Chevrolet!

Excellent Service
Theresa was amazing. She came right outside and greeted my grandmother and I and took great care of us. I came back and she was not there so I came back another day to ensure she got the sale. I would recommend anyone to go to her! Great sale and I love my vehicle.

Great customer service and even better experience
My sales person Mr. Jones, and my finance person Mr. Akay were very attentive to me during my visit at Ourisman. This is my first time purchasing a brand new car and at first I was hesitant but they both made me very comfortable with my choice of purchase. I even had a visit to the Service department and Mr. Holdaway is also very nice.

Ok
I got my oil changed but they forgot to refill my windshield wiper fluid. Makes me question if they actually checked any of the fluids. Car buying experience was great but not so sure about car maintenance experience.
