We found a couple of possible cars on their website that met our mileage/age/price criteria. Test drove one and decided that was the car for us. Geoff was super in helping us to complete the purchase. Absolutely no second thoughts whatsoever. We've dealt with about a dozen dealerships over the years, and O'Connor tops them all.

I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a car, buy from O'Conner auto. I was treated fairly given all information on the auto I purchased. The price was fair as was the trade in.

I was very impressed with the car buying experience here. I looked for a while to find an AWD model and they had two of them in stock. My mechanic was impressed with the condition of the car. It did need new tires, but they were partially negotiated in the price. I did a lot of waiting around other dealers, but not the case here. The car was ready to test drive when I arrived. All-around super experience, and we'll be back when we are looking for another car.

Mr Jim and Jeff made this deal great, and the back room crew is top notch! Spent 3 months on line and running around looking for my Dream Car and O'Connors had it, a wonderful 1996 Vanden Plas Jaguar. Normally I haggle over price but Jim's Jaguar was such a good deal I would have felt guilty asking for a discount. Finally the search is over and the battle is won , I will sleep like a log tonight ( In the back Seat of my Beautiful Car) Thanks guys, will spread the word! Buying a new or used car from Jim Oconnor, is like watching a new curved screen TV. Everything is fantastic . The dealers I have bought from in the past are just small screen black and white TV's. I am 72 years old and this was the best car buying experiance EVER. My son (In Chicago) just spent 2 hours in a dealership there and walked out with nothing. We all should know how friendly this place is. If you can remember how nice it used to be, that's how Jim Oconnor is now. Thank You Geoff.

I am so glad I stopped by Jim O'Conner for my used car purchase. I had been researching both cars and dealerships for a good year or so. I stopped by a large dealership in the area and had a very uncomfortable experience. I saw all the great reviews online so I thought I would give it a shot. One of the most important things about my car buying experience was who I bought it from. I knew I found the right place after speaking with Laura. She was very honest and up front about the vehicles. After a few days of thinking I came back and talked with Laura and Jim. I drove a very nice Mercury Milan. I was a bit nervous because it had about 125k miles on it. But after talking with them and driving it, I found my car! I am so happy with my purchase and look forward to buying more vehicles from them. My parents will even be stopping by when they need a vehicle after I told them about my experience.
