Good service

When I came to pick up the car they brought the wrong car out. I was told they were going to need another day to bring the right car. Come to find out the car I wanted was there all the time they just brought the wrong one out.

EXCELLENT Service and Treatment!!!

It was the best. I went with my mom a year and a half ago to Groppetti group in Visalia and they were rude and not helpful, we asked some questions and they told us, Are you buying otherwise I don't want to lose my time???? Wow!!! I thought that every dealer agent were alike until I was in Merle Stone Chevrolet. The only thing I want now is that my mom can get her next car in Merle Stone dealer.

Absolutely Amazing Experience

My experience was very pleasant. Customer service was awesome. Any questions I had were answered. It was my first car and first loan experience. I highly recommend Merle Stone Chevrolet Tulare.

Great shopping experience

I was very pleased with the no pressure , no nonsense, and no game playing approach. I had no intention of buying a new car until i was presented with all my obtions. Thank you Joel for being a up front salesman.

Merle Stone Chevrolet "No Ka Oi" The Best

Looking for a Seven (7) series BMW we have looked and looked all over the bay area. The prices along with interest rates, which where absolutely disingenuous! I've contacted this dealership some 3 hours North on multiple occasions, pertaining to our vehicle in question. Those who assisted us previously, where very positive and constantly communicated with us telephonically. Chris who was not our original contact, is and always be a professional in our book. We communicated over the vehicle in question by phone and internet. All assurances where made and conveyed. The date was set and my family drove 3 hours from the bay area. Inspected the vehicle, did the paperwork and out we go 2 hours later. The excellence and professionalism you can never complain! I will always buy from them as long as the have the car "we" are looking for. Mele Kalikimaka Chevy!!

Bad customer service

Bad customer service, had to go find help because they were all busy doing nothing but walking in and out. Found good car wouldn try selling me on it. Also accepted a loan on my behalf without me approving then called me over and over until I told them I found another car. Overall bad experience don't go to Tulare Merle stone chevy look elsewhere

Cadillac Lover

I've dealt with 3 car dealerships in my lifetime and I must Say That Merle Stone is the BEST!!! (by far). Their customer service was top-of-the-line and their facility was emaculate. They made me feel so comfortble and at ease that I thought something was wrong, you know, like "why are they being so nice to me" of couse, the first thought was it's because I'm spending money, which might have been the case, but even with that being said they went way over the top for me. It took 2 salesman and 1 finance manager to get me the deal I wanted. I really like that, when one person couldnt satisfy me they would bring in someone a little higher up. I got the deal I wanted and drove away in a brand new shiny Cadillac. "I am now a Very Happy Camper'

Bought a Chevy

I have driven a Toyota Camry since 2002 and really expected to buy another one. The interior of the Camry was terrible. We drove the Chevrolet Malibu and was impressed. Our salespersonDavid Weemes in Tulare was straight forward with us. Gave us a quote in writing, and the next day we purchased a Silver Malibu.

2013 Chevy Cruze

Joey Perez and the team at Merle Stone were amazing and patient. We had done our research and knew what we wanted when came onto the lot. Every one of our questions was answered by Mr Perez. He is an excellent member of your team and I hope that the next time we have a chance to purchase a vehicle we are able to do so at Mearle Stone with Joey.
