Bought a 2016 Dodge Dart. Bluetooth doesn’t connect, engine started vibrating, AC doesn’t work, backup camera doesn’t work properly. The next day the car wouldn’t start. The battery was completely dead. The key fob doesn’t work. Repairs are going to cost me thousands of dollars. I suggest folks shop elsewhere. This was a birthday present for my daughter and she didn’t even get to drive it on her birthday. I reached out to the dealership with no response. They advertise the best car buying experience but that is far from the truth.

Willing to work over Long distance, friendly and helpful....
Willing to work over Long distance, friendly and helpful. We were able to get a better deal there than in Denver or any nearby town or city. Purchasing was simple. Only downside is that the brights are not working on the Ford transit connect we bought. I have had to have a electric diagnostic test done on them ($125). The diagnostic test has been ongoing for 3 days at the Ford dealership and multiple issues have been found. Leeder had said they worked. This is why I cannot give a 5 star review. And electric diagnostic test could have been done and the price could have reflected this particular issue.

We're so sorry to hear about your poor experience, however, none of the dealerships under Leeder Automotive in Ontario, Canada sell Ford vehicles. Perhaps there was some confusion between dealerships? It seems this review is not for us but for another automotive company outside of Canada.

Steer clear. We purchased an equinox from them 2 years ago and had an excellent experience. Unfortunately I got into an accident so needed another vehicle. We went back to leeders. We purchased an Audi on April 2 with a 5 year warranty as well as the 10000 mile warranty advertised on their website. Well the vehicle didn’t even last a month and needed a new engine. Leeders has been less than stellar with their communication as they took our vehicle to Audi to fix. They’ve literally tried to get out of everything and we haven’t had our vehicle for two months. If it wasn’t for Audi, we would know very little about what is going on with our vehicle. We chose a new engine , with a warranty from Audi. Leeders did not honor their portion of the bargain. Buyer beware and get absolutely everything in writing. Lucky for us, we have saved all texts from leeders and correspondence from them as well. Awful customer service and an embarrassment to the small town we’ve lived in for near 29 years. They typically come up with some ho hum excuse as to how things are not their fault. At the end of the day, don’t believe their warranty it’s false advertisement. Anyone who’d like to see the messages from them is more than welcome to email me. I do have to say that Josh is the reason we came back the second time. But still, doesn’t make up for being ridiculous to your customers.

Pleasant Experience
Had a pleasant experience working with Bill to get a Honda Ridgeline! Not high pressure, and very responsive to texts. So far, I've enjoyed the new vehicle. I felt like I got a fair price.

Easiest car buying experience I've ever had! No hastle, no waiting....they were very honest. Usually it takes HOURS, sometimes DAYS to purchase a vehicle. At Leeder the entire process took under an hour. Extremely impressed!
