I also had a bad experience, they took 4 months to get me

I also had a bad experience, they took 4 months to get me a piece that was missing off the front bumper. I missed 20 days from my car note, and they repo my car at my job and I spoke to the finance person the same day and told her I was coming by after work. They repo the car and wanted to charge me 1,500 to get my car back. Yes, not good service only when their trying to sell you a vehicle. I hate I ever purchase from them! I only did it, because my car was total and it put me in a bind. Money was low and I was struggling at the time, so I had to by something to maintain my job. I must say it was the worst decision I made.

Dealership Etiquette and Unprofessional

Dealership Etiquette and Unprofessional Behavior **Unique Auto Sales located on Buford Highway demonstrates a lack of professionalism and basic customer service etiquette. A recent experience left me feeling disrespected and dissatisfied. The salesperson repeatedly saying will order a missing part., which was entered into the contract The negotiation process was characterized by a condescending and confrontational tone. Questions were met with dismissive replies and sarcastic comments, rather than explanations or justifications. This made it difficult to feel like concerns were taken seriously, and the transparency expected in a car purchase was completely absent. Customer satisfaction and ethical business practices are not a priority for this dealership. The staff's unprofessional conduct created an uncomfortable and frustrating experience ( Dealer representative Title/payment cursed me in spanish), and the dealership cannot be recommended to anyone seeking a respectful and transparent car-buying process.

You've been warned

please do not buy from this dealer promise you'll think me later. My first review was from me having the car for two weeks . I work on the road driving trucksto support this country when i arrived back home. Drove the car 4 three days transmission starts to slip took car to nallet bmw found out it needed 17000 in repairs have not even drove the car 500 miles. Called sammy who convince me i didn't need a warranty cause the car was such low miles. He told me that he needed a second opinion to send to his mechanics. Had the car towed there they kept the car for a month to determine there shop was not advanced enough to fix the bmw so he had me to tow it 2 another shop.same thing guy at second shop told me car has to go 2 dealer or they should give me another car. This 3rd time chino gets involved had car towed to unknown shop where it has been since april and were in September ive made all my car payments plus paid half of the repairs he ask me to saying that they couldn't give me another car but they will go half on the repairs. Everytime i call it takes a whole week to get in touch with anyone other than the finance department who knows nothing and when i do they keep telling me they're waiting on a part for monthes. Ive put down 6000 dollars and have been out of a car fo 7monthes while making repairs, insurance, and carpayments thewhole while catching ubers and lyfts. When i threatened to go to court on this issue chino told me there is no lemon law in Georgia. Im a good paying customer all they had to do was sell me a car with no engine and transmission issues. I have receipts screenshot and phone convos from thes ppl just not caring. Its not my fault they went to a auction and picked up a bad buy. I have put 20000 in this car already and only drove it for about a week. Its a shame that people will take someones hard earned money and keep telling them the car is getting fixed just so they can keep getting their financed company payed. Out .im making no more payment from this day on and now im going to have repo on my credit its definitely not fare. Im ppsting this car just incase they try and sell it again to hard working ppl like myself. Please do your research on these ppl the worst experience of my life.

BIGGEST MISTAKE IN MY LIFE

I went to the dealership and spent over $10,000 cash for a BMW the car was making a noise when I test drove the car SAMMY told me that the car was doing that because of a crack in the air filter and that it would be repaired before I purchased the car it was never repaired I haven't even had the car for a day and the car started making noises and smoking. I called the dealership they told me I had a warranty and to drive 1500 miles then take it to them for repairs. My car engine went out/started a fire after about 500 miles later from when I purchased the car I couldn't even enjoy the car. That was my last and I'm left broke and without a vehicle. The dealership don't care they get your money and they don't want nothing to do with you. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL YOU SWIPE YOUR CARD. THEN YOUR KICKED TO THE CURB.

Mr. unhappy

Do not buy! Repoed said i could get my car back then sent a letter saying have to pay the whole balance of car or would be selling in private auction. Told them when i went there I had been taken advantage of by a previous dealership which gave me partial of my money back! They took all my money and want more! Do not shop with Atlanta Unique Autosales. Please go somewhere else

Sammy and all the staff are amazing!

I bought a Mercedes from Atlanta Unique and Sammy was my salesman. Sammy is a Super nice guy, very helpful and professional. Two weeks after I purchased the car a truck hit me head on and totalled the car. The entire staff at Atlanta Unique were beyond amazing. They were very concerned about me, my health and went above and beyond to accommodate me. They did what no other dealership would ever do for a customer. Words can't express how grateful I am for the entire staff at Atlanta Unique. I would give a million stars if I could and I highly recommend them.

Sunglasses needed because they are SO SHADY!

BUYER BEWARE! Sunglasses needed because they are SO SHADY! Looked at a Infinity and told the Lewis that new tire were a deal breaker. Called two days later and told them I would be there later today to purchase the car. The terms were 90 days same as cash and they would purchase 4 new tires and we would split the cost. After I completed the paperwork the salesman was taking my car to be detailed and hit the wall in the detail shop but promised to fix it when I came to get the tires installed. Took the car in about 2 weeks later and reminded them about the tires. When I picked up the car, they had not had the new tires put on. Told me to call them back the next day and promised to have the tire for me. I had told them several times that I had a 2,000-mile trip coming up and the tires were so bald that they had to be done before the trip. Six weeks and 17 phone calls and 1 visit in person still no tires. I called Lewis again a week before my trip again about the tires. A few days before my trip I talked to Lewis again and told him that I was going to have to have the tires put on myself because I was leaving in 3 days. He called me back 2 days later and told me they had made arrangements for the tires. TOO LATE LEWIS! I leave in the morning and I am having new tires put on as we speak. I did not get the most expensive tire. The QX56 is the large SUV and $800 for 4 new tires is really a good deal. The 90-day payoff was about a week away when I started emailing them asking for a payoff. The payoff did not match my records. I asked for a detailed breakdown of all the charges. They would keep emailing me back with just the payoff. Now the repair job from where they fixed my car after the salesman wrecked it is starting to bubble. Finally, some 10 emails later I get some of the breakdown of the charges and guess what… They had added finance charges for the 90 days, only wanted to give me $200 towards the tires and would not even acknowledge the failing repair from where they wrecked it. Going to let the judge handle this! Now I want to talk about Lewis. He is very friendly, but his lack of follow through is bad! Of my 17 calls about my tires I talked to Lewis at least 6 times and each time he would promise he would call me back the next day about the tires. The one and only time he called me back was the day before my trip when I was getting the tires put on my car. I have been a commission salesperson for 25 years and communication is the key to success in sales… OH... THE 90 DAY WARRANTY THEY OFFER isn’t worth the paper it's written on. It really doesn’t cover very much. I had almost $2,000 in repairs in the first 90 days and none of it was covered. I take the blame on this one because I did not check with the warranty company to see what they covered.
