I would not recommend buying a used car from this dealership. They charged me extra money for "extras" I didn't want. I kept getting a flat until I found out later I had a cracked rim. I showed them all the paperwork from the repairs I had done they showed no concern. After complaining they finally reimbursed some money. The night I got it the tank was low so I had asked for a little gas as a courtesy and they said no. Manager unfriendly and unprofessional. I'm someone who is on disability so I'm limited. Spent $2K+ in repairs in first month. I did like the car but it was a very unpleasant experience with them.

Rude,never called back, and sold it to someone else. After running are credit scores. Screwing my girlfriend and I 60 points on are credit scores. Wanted almost 45%down + $2000.00 for the bank. So the sales so called lady. Wanted $10,500.00 down. On a $19,500 2015 Chevrolet Suburban. I will never go to them again. They didn't even know about the Suburban that they were saling. People deserve to be treated better than they treat you. They just want to screw you out of as much money as they can. Or screw your credit for 2 years if they can't.

False advertising
I saw a 2021 chevy silverado on the DCH website. A Janet Abriz contacted me about the truck because I questioned it's description because it stated it was Turbocharged. Chevy does not make a turbo ls v8. Janet kept emailing me that she verified with sales management that it was. Well drove over their, popped the hood, bone stock chevy ls v8. False advertising.

Highly Recommended if You Despise Long Wait Time
After my car being totaled, I really struggled to find reasonable prices for good vehicles until I stumbled across this dealership! Everything was swift and easy. A huge thank you to Henry who stayed extremely patient with all of my overwhelming questions and was kind throughout the whole process.

Buyers beware!!!
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Take your time and money elsewhere. I have never received such poor customer service. I was refer to Jesus Santiago (sales person) to come shop for a car here. I drove from Burbank to Oxnard to meet with him on Tuesday May 29th. There was a car I was highly interested on, unfortunately we couldn’t come to an agreement on a reasonable offer and left it at that. Yesterday and today I received a call back from their customer service to ask about my experience which I had no complain about until later today when I receive a text from Jesus Santiago if I was still interested in the car. Since we didn’t come to an agreement I said I was going to pass and thanked him for his time. I couldn’t believe what he wrote next. He had the audacity to say to not waste his time especially at the end of the month. I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t reply instead I called back their customer service to speak Betsy Perez to file a complain. Instead for at least showing some empathy I can hear in her tone of voice when it change that she was giggling and trying to avoid bursting. I then asked her if there was someone else I can speak with that can take care of this and she said she was the only one there that handle calls of complains. I asked her if I can get corporate’s number and she said I’ll have to look for it let me place you on hold, two seconds later she hangs up after placing me on hold. I though maybe it was an accident, so I called back and she answered the phone and hung it up. I know it was her since she had left me her direct line number. I end up calling their operator and asking for corporate number and I am been placed on hold and given the turn around. They keep trying to transfer me to sales manager which at this point I don’t want anything to do with them, after the sour taste Jesus and Betsy have left. Not only am I talking my business elsewhere but also to corporate. There’s no justification for this.

Not a good experience
We went there a few times. We decided to stay with the same sales person because she seemed pretty caring and persistent with follow-up calls. The first time we were with her we wondered why we were kept waiting for so long. Another sales person said she was going through some personal challenges and then provided some information we asked for. The second time the same sales woman left us waiting again...not even getting the Costco quote we had asked up front for...after waiting for about 15 minutes we decided to walk away and not return.
