Since last summer, I have been conducting extensive research into the possible purchase of a Ford F350 as my primary vehicle to pull our Jayco Travel Trailer. Over these many months, with time on my side, I have been careful and thorough in my efforts to make a wise and well informed decision in regards to my future purchase. I recently discovered an F350 on Cars.com which fit within my parameters of what I can afford as well as what type of truck I need for the job of pulling our Jayco.When I contacted Route 21 Sales in Ohio, I spoke with a gentleman named Mike who was professionally courteous and helpful by listening to my questions as well as attempting to providing adequate answers. Although, at this stage, there are some mechanical concerns that I have in regards to this 2011 F350 with extremely high miles (212,000mi.) for a 3 year old vehicle, and I am not sure if I will purchase it, but I must say his salesmanship and courteous and helpful manner have been nothing short of positive.

False advertising. The truck I went to look at was supposed to be"extra clean" it was rotten, beat up, and they tried to hide it with spray paint. Buyer beware I would stay away from these guys

Drove a car and the seat belt would not work, glass in the back seat, etc... Found the repair bill in the car from the mechanic documenting what was fixed and wasn't fixed and it stated "from accident". Looked online next day and they are posting car as like new, "like new car,warranty,All power equipment is functioning properly. There are no known defects in this vehicle. " I know first hand this to be false! Stay away from dealer.

Nice cars & trucks at Route 21 Auto Sales! Ha, actually had a hard time deciding between 3 different vehicles, all very affordable. Mike was my salesman, a really nice guy & very helpful. Yes, I definitely would recommend this dealer to my family, friends & Online shoppers!
