Beach Buggys

Went to several dealer to shop for a used jeep wrangler, this place has the best selection and most jeeps I have ever seen. The quality of the jeeps are better than most used dealers and this place has top notch quality and prices. I was treated fairly and found my perfect jeep wrangler, would recommend to come here first they have been in business a long time, reputable, and took care of me ! Great customer experience was not treated like a pushy sales person you get at all other places. !

I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from them and caution you in doing business with them. This was going to be a beach vehicle for me. It's lifted and looks really nice. The day I drove it home, I realized it was pretty dirty inside, a couple of bolts were missing, the roof didn't fit right, the carpet had ben replaced and not installed properly and after 24 hours the check engine light came on, and a couple of other things. It was cold and I used the heater and sand literally blew all over me. I took it to a detailer had it cleaned but even then it was just not right. I took it back to Rod at Beach Buggys and they said they would take care of everything. He said it would take couple of hours so I left it, and at nearly 5pm I called them and he asked for another day. When I did pick it up, they defiantly tried to clean it but every time I get in our out of it it literally is just dirty and beat up. I just noticed underneath the body, there is mud/dirt jammed up everywhere. I know its a used vehicle (2015) and not expecting perfection but now Rod says there is nothing they can do, I have driven it about 150 miles. He also says the manager that was there when I bought it was recently fired (which tells me something). For another 20% I could have just bought a brand new jeep.

I recently went Jeep hunting at Beach Buggy's. I had visited several New & Used Car Dealerships. The moment I arrived at Beach Buggy's the gloomy overcast day started brightening immediately. The Salesman got some info from me about what I was looking for. He immediately escorted me around the lot pointing out the vehicles, I might be interested in. I narrowed the list down to 3 vehicles. I took each for a long test drive and the Salesman pointed out all the particulars of each vehicle. I finally decided on the one. I requested some alterations to the vehicle, different set of tires, roof change, and removal of some equipment (wench), I wasn't interested in. Everyone took my requests in stride without a second thought, "No problem," was the reply. This was a first for me getting the exact Jeep Wrangler I wanted. The Manager worked with me with all my changes until we both came to a price I was comfortable with. Next came the Finance Chief and once again she worked with me and really listened when I said what my needs were. This was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. Once again another first, apparently I've dealt with major name dealerships too long. If you're in the market for a Jeep Wrangler check out Beach Buggy's, you'll be glad you did.

I have looked for a Jeep for 6+ months, but i hate the hassle of car dealers on the lots. I took a deep breath and then went to Beach Buggys after having several co-workers speak very highly of them. WOW was i surprised at how professional everyone was.. They never one time pressed or pushed anything on me.The real truth is they worked hard to get me the best deal for me.. Once the deal was over i thought, I got a phone call the next day where they had continued to improve my deal and did... Now thats a great feeling, when the people have the deal already done and fight to make it better... Great Place and I will send everyone I know to Beach Buggys for sure.

I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler and did the typical internet searches for inventory. Beach Buggys had a great selection and an LJ, which was really what I wanted. They gave me a great deal on trade in and negotiated a fair price on the Wrangler LJ. I was impressed with the buying experience...then I drove it home and the next day the water pump took a dump...not their fault, in fact I signed a paper stating I understood "as is, no warranty". I called them that night, next day a flat bed shows up, takes it back to them and they put in a water pump and t-stat. ON THIER DIME!. I will recommend them to everyone. A stellar dealership. We purchased our Jeep on Dec. 31st 2014. Once we picked the Jeep we wanted the purchase went quick and smooth. A few days later the service engine light came on. Drove it back and they were on it. Reassured us that they would take care of it and they did. The story is a bit more involved than that but I don't want to get into too many details as each customer and Jeep situation is going to be different and I don't want what Beach Buggy's did for our family to be used against them. I will say they looked at the big picture and made sure we were all set. We had just moved down from another state and they not only made sure our Jeep was taken care of but that our family was as well. The key to any good relationship is communication and listening. That was done on both ends which resulted in a very happy customer that will be referring them whenever possible. Thanks Beach Buggy's :)

9/14: Would rate purchase experience as "pretty good". They have a nice selection. I did not feel a lot of pressure. Would have rated 5 stars but getting some upgrades done that were included with purchase was a little painful. Did not have a great customer service experience with service manager "Tap".

Impulse buys are definitely non-characteristic of us, but we had an itch to own something "tropical". Several searches on the east coast yielded very little. Luckily, we found Beach Buggies who deal only in Jeeps. Definitely a plus when you know what you're looking for. The 3 hour drive was well worth it. Easy to find and largest selection, bar none for jeeps; each one spotless and clean. No pressure once you arrived, unlike name brand lots. We test drove 3 and settled on the best; 2006 Wrangler LT Convertible. They gave me above top dollar for my trade in, came down on the asking price and even paid us out of pocket for license transfer paper work glitch. I couldn't have asked for more and expected nothing less. In today's world where profits trump service, Beach Buggies are old school; where loyalty, honesty and customer service come first. Where your word and actions are most important and word of mouth is a dying art in today's economy. A simple philosophy such as this fosters a loyal customer base that sells itself; no high priced commercials, fancy gimmicks or hidden fees. In a world where bigger is not always better, Bach Buggies has found a niche and are masters of it. Every positive comment on here is genuine and true and we will promote them whenever and wherever we can. Thanks guys...Love our Jeep!

When I found my Jeep at "Beach Buggies" I was skeptical at first but after one phone call I was happily surprised. This is a class act operation with sales people who are knowledgeable, friendly and offered great customer service. I wish buying a car at every dealership was as easy to do business with as these guys were. If you are thinking of buying a Jeep, look no further, these are the guys you want to deal with. I decided I wanted a Wrangler, and made the mistake of going to the big dealer (GALEANA CHRYSLER). Worst decision I couldve made. After about 6 hours of playing all kinds of games, I decided to just leave and go to Naples to look. On my way I happened to see Beach Buggys, and stopped in. I was still pretty annoyed with the Galeana experience as I pulled in, and it wasnt long until I was happy again. Theyre very up front about what everything is, and not adding all kinds of hidden charges, etc. I worked with Shawn, and he is awesome. He was laid back, and helped me pick out the right car for me. The prices are also very competitive. Christine is amazing as well. She really worked to make the financing happen, and I may not have been able to get one without her. THANK YOU!
