Our experience at Ventura Toyota was the best experience
Our experience at Ventura Toyota was the best experience ever at a car dealership. Our sales associate was Luis Martinez. He was straightforward, friendly and honest. In fact, he sold our daughter her first ever new car just a couple months earlier so that speaks volumes about our feelings towards him. We felt zero pressure. We had put a deposit for a specific trim and color we wanted and were told in would be 3 months before it became available. In the meantime, he continued to try locate the model we wanted and delivered just a little over a month later with no dealer mark up for an extremely popular vehicle with difficult to find color and trim. Do not hesitate to go see Luis Martinez and Ventura Toyota!

This employee is putting my life in jeopardy.
This employee is putting my life in jeopardy. He returned My car with no rearview mirror and the entire computer system malfunctioning. He lied over and over again and was verbally abusive to me. I have photos and records of all that happened. This man needs to be fired immediately and they need to resolve what they did to my car immediately before I take legal action against them. I reported them to Toyota corporate. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I have reviewed them on their website. This company is criminal in their actions.

Luis Martinez is the man to see - he literally makes the
Luis Martinez is the man to see - he literally makes the car buying experience so enjoyable! He listens to what you want and he delivers that and more. Everybody at Ventura Toyota is amazing. From the SERVICE department (Jennifer is the best Service Person, and I actually enjoy bringing my car in for service to get a laugh in with Jen!)… to the SALES department (Luis Martinez works hard to make sure you’re happy)…to Financing (Marion is so on top of everything)… It’s just the best place to but a car. I couldn’t believe it but the next day Marion had already arranged for a check to be overnighted to pay off my trade. No stress at all! Literally the whole car buying experience was no stress at all. They make it make sense for you. And it all really starts with Luis… And his ability to hear what you are looking for and he makes it happen! I am so excited to be able to drive this Toyota Tacoma truck - and my son and I will be having so many adventures in it this coming year. I can’t wait to make those Memories. Thank you, Luis! You definitely make people’s days brighter; and you take the stress out of buying a car… Thank you for walking me through the process… And for getting me into my dream truck! I hope people come to see you so that they can experience car buying the was I did. Well, I feel part of the family now, and I will see you all when I get the car serviced! Can’t wait… Thanks again.

Great service
Jason Shaw from the service department was amazing. He was so helpful and I highly recommend this shop for your service needs. I will definitely ask for Jason when I need to return for any service in the future.
