Our experience at Ventura Toyota was the best experience ever at a car dealership. Our sales associate was Luis Martinez. He was straightforward, friendly and honest. In fact, he sold our daughter her first ever new car just a couple months earlier so that speaks volumes about our feelings towards him. We felt zero pressure. We had put a deposit for a specific trim and color we wanted and were told in would be 3 months before it became available. In the meantime, he continued to try locate the model we wanted and delivered just a little over a month later with no dealer mark up for an extremely popular vehicle with difficult to find color and trim. Do not hesitate to go see Luis Martinez and Ventura Toyota!

This employee is putting my life in jeopardy.
This employee is putting my life in jeopardy. He returned My car with no rearview mirror and the entire computer system malfunctioning. He lied over and over again and was verbally abusive to me. I have photos and records of all that happened. This man needs to be fired immediately and they need to resolve what they did to my car immediately before I take legal action against them. I reported them to Toyota corporate. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I have reviewed them on their website. This company is criminal in their actions.

We had the best experience at Ventura Toyota. Luis Martinez greeted us at the door and from there we were rested with so much kindness and respect. Luis is so friendly and so helpful. He even got us drinks and pizza! We found our dream car and he made the process so easy! Octavio was also so kind and helpful! He gave us the most respectful treatment and helped us get such a great deal on our new car! Thank you both for making buying a new car such a great experience.

We're very happy with the deal Greg was able to work out with us. He and Greg McArdle were able to locate the exact color and features we were looking for and make the trade between dealers to get us that car. Both were very professional, personable and knowledgeable about the features of the car we ended up purchasing.

Working with Efren Garcia was very pleasant and he seemed very knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with. We purchased a truck there and he did his best to help us with the process. Working with the finance dept was another story. We worked with Ana Nathan and although she was very nice she also wasn't truthful about some options that we bought from her and tried cancelling the next day which she led us to believe we could. Be careful once you get to the Finance Dept. Its always stressful buying a car and we were hoping this process and any follow-up would've been smoother.

Unethical behavior by Ventura Toyota.Sales manager
Octavio Fierros the used car sales manager is both unethical and dishonest. He and his salesman Edgar Hutado have no scruples about what they represent.Their dishonesty and outright unethical behavior is a black eye for Ventura Toyota. I will not bring or do any business with this company or it’s staff.Their behavior cost both time and money, do NOT use this company!

We have them advertised over many different platforms and sometimes get sold prior to someone else who was interested. We agreed to terms of a sale for the vehicle you were interested in about 30 minutes before you arrived. It is unfortunate but it does happen a little more often in this low inventory environment. Had a wonderful experience with Ventura Toyota’s sales department, came into see a used Volkswagen and was treated to a great test drive and tour of the vehicle. The car did has one small issue with the manager said would be fixed. Our salesman Deon was great and was able to help us get our financing to where we wanted it to be. whole process went very smooth, this is our 4th car from Ventura Toyota and I can say they are the best dealer I’ve ever been to… having been to a lot.

If I could give less than one star, I would.
If I could give less than one star, I would. I have never been treated so poorly in my life by almost every person I have come into contact with at Ventura Toyota. Scott Robles was verbally abusive and my basic car needs (AWD malfunction, broken radio) was neither met or cared about. Ventura Toyota just wants your money without any integrity in their communication, documentation of car issues or services. Most of the staff has inadequate knowledge regarding my vehicle, a Rav 4. It is one of the most popluar cars. I absolutely love Toyota products but will never recommend anyone go to this sexist, abusive and inadequate dealership. I want to thank Manny (sales) and Octavio (mechanic) for being great at their jobs and helping with purchase of car. Jennifer Lange is also polite. I would especially stay away from Mike who will placate you and do nothing or Scott Robles whom is verbally abusive and incredibly bad at this job.

Great customer service!
Quality dealership with an excellent selection and customer-focused service. Having previously bought a car from this dealership with a less-than-stellar experience, I was a bit reluctant to come back. I was looking for a particular Toyota to replace my existing vehicle which I was rather underwater on, so figured I'd inquire at all of the dealerships within a 50 mile radius of my home. From the get go, Ventura Toyota seemed to excel above the others with their approach. My salesperson, Paul Singh, was professional, welcoming, and knowledgable. He knew that I was shopping around so made great strides to see that I was taken care of at his dealership. We had my car appraised with Octavio Fierros, their used car sales manager, and he was able to offer me thousands more than two neighboring dealers. I handled my finance paperwork with Eddie Wehmeyer, and let me tell you, this guy deserves a raise! He went VERY above and beyond in ensuring that I was taken care of. He's quite dedicated in his role, and made me feel so welcomed and valued. He had even remembered me from four years ago when I was last in there, which I thought was neat. At the end of the day, I was able to walk out with a new vehicle, payments I can handle, and a fair market sale for my trade-in. I will be back!

Also,in finance, Sam Swain, outlined and simplified all associated costs (great guy!). Met with service mgr.,Marcelino Reveles who assured great service.And,finally.Octavio Fierros who smoothed out all the bumps and provided comic relief!
