The repair took much longer than usual and the customer

The repair took much longer than usual and the customer service and communication was not as exemplary as in past visits, although I suspect this was due to staff shortages

Good experience.

Good experience.The general environment was decent. The workers were welcoming. Of course I would recommend anyone interested in Kia products as they seem to have a lot cars on the premises.

I went in for 12K service.

I went in for 12K service. I waited. It took close to 3 hours. I was very happy they actually rotated my tires, some places skip that but say they did it on the invoice.

Couldn?

Couldn?t have asked for a better experience with Amy, Steve, and Dante; they made a typically stressful process stress-free. Pleasure to work with. Great company culture in that dealership.

Our salesperson, Haja, was terrific!

Our salesperson, Haja, was terrific! She was patient and very knowledgeable. She and the sales manager, Steve, made the buying process easy and painless. I highly recommend them.

I had a better service at the dark car Kia in Temple

I had a better service at the dark car Kia in Temple Hills. They kept me updated by using my phone to text me with what was going on with my car and they they wash my car and vacuum it. They offer that to me when I got my car back from this dealership, my engine light was on. I guess they were too busy to actually provide good customer service like the Temple Hills Kia

Went to KIA for recall and they had complimentary drop

Went to KIA for recall and they had complimentary drop off which they did but after they got the car. There were no updates. I texted multiple times but no response. And found out that they wouldn't send the lyft/uber to pick up my car from service center. after talking with them on the phone, they had shuttle provided to pick us up.

Great service experience.

Great service experience. I was in and out quick. Charles explained everything and honored my coupon. I didn?t feel like I was getting ripped off and having to have unnecessary repairs. That?s a great feeling at a service dept. I?ve had many bad experiences at other places. I will continue to drive 1.5 hours to Kia of Bowie.

Great experience, took me in on time.

Great experience, took me in on time. Pleasant interaction, went over my repairs. They suggested a tire rotation and I accepted. They honored my coupon and got my car back in a timely manner.
