I purchased my first BMW from this dealership few months ago. The process was very smooth. Easy financing. So great that they have a service department there and offering good prices on repairs. I definitely will be back. I love my new car, thank you guys!

I did 100k factory recommended maintenance services for my Hyundai Sonata there. They gave a quote that was 200$ less than a couple of other dealerships in my area. Service manager Vlad was very welcoming and explained to me all the services they performed on my car, and gave me useful advice with regard to motor oil. Also, during the appointment I had to work from the dealership, so I brought a laptop and monitor with me. They went so far as to give me a quiet place to work in one of their office cubicles. This is what I call outstanding customer service.

I purchased 2 cars from this group. Great people, easy to deal with, straightforward , no games with 1000 managers as in the big dealership. I would definitely recommend them.

They never responded to my inquiry. I don’t know why you’d list a car for sale if you don’t respond to customers who show interest.

We test drove a car at night and ended up really liking it. We live an hour from this dealer so we closely inspected the online photos and the car looked beautiful. We decided to go back for the car as it was priced comparable to other dealers. The sales person Ivan was very friendly and helpful to us. When we looked at the car in the daylight it had a dent or deep scratch on every panel of the car. Every rim had curb rash and one was visibly bent which explains why the car had a vibration even though they just put new tires and brakes on the car. It was so disappointing we test drove 2 other cars there and again we were disappointed in the condition of the cars for the list price. When confronted about the condition of the vehicles the staff was dismissive. I am a certified auto technician. I know what typical wear and tear to expect when looking at used cars. We offered them $1000 below list price to compensate for the condition of the vehicle. When the sales manager came down to talk price he could have simply declined our offer but instead he was immediately aggressive and belittling. Arguing with us about the “book value” of the car and that we were wasting his time test driving cars. Vehicles aren’t worth “book value” when they’re in below average condition. Needless to say we left without giving this dealer our business. If you want a quality car and a respectful experience don’t waste your time going here. The pictures intentionally hide damage and they do not honestly advertise issues with the vehicles. Their inventory is fluffed and buffed auction cars that reputable dealers didn’t want.

Great service and a very honest place to deal with. I got a very fair price without high pressure. Good guys! I highly recommend them!

Do not buy a car from this place!! I have experienced multiple issue since my purchase in August. Not only do they sell unreliable cars but the owner has no idea how to communicate with clients. He claimed to have fixed an oil leak 7 days after I bought the car but it was still leaking. When I brought it back again he said it wasn't his problem. He specifically told me that he did not sell me my car and I should rephrase my words to say that I bought it from them. He then said I should have done my homework prior to purchasing from them. Absolutely unacceptable!

Great dealership to buy a BMW, the professional sales team got me approved with the payment that I desire. it was an easy process and it's been a month since I purchased the car and the car has no problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for a car purchase, they are very nice people.

Recently bought my bmw here. Knowing those cars I was very particular about work that those cars usually need after 80k miles. These guys did everything to the car that would be costly for me in the future. Ivan is very knowledgeable and straightforward. Vlad is a total pro when it takes to financing. Will definitely buy another bimer from them and service my current car too, they offer much more affordable service than any other place that does BMWs.

They seem nice at first, but when going into the buying process after talking them down a few hundred $ on the vehicle they pop out with a bunch of hidden fees that they conveniently forgot to mention. In total costing more than the original price that was said and agreed on by both ends. What a joke this place is should be looked into.
