I was looking for a safe and economical car for my wife and I wanted a good deal with haggling. I was told by my Dad that the 2014 VW Jetta Wgn was the number 2 car of the year for wagons. So I went over to CommonwealthVW and I that where I met Angel Bravo. This young man really knows his cars. He helped my achieve the price treshhold, and he had his management negotiate the best deal for me. Next thing you know, my wife was coming over to the dealershio from work and all she had to do was sign for her new baby. Angel made it so easy and did a superb job owning his position and handling his management team to benefit the customer. Eric Palmer was key to getting our cash offer straight out the door. Cristal Viramontes was very helpful in the purchase of a used vehicle for my daughter. She was very honest, there wasn't any pressure and she was very helpful. She continues to contact us to make sure we don't have any further questions or need anything. I would go back just because of her.

I would first like to state that I have not had a better car dealership experience than I had a Commonwealth Volkswagen. We had a less than stellar experience the night before (at a different VW dealer) and went to Commonwealth hoping to have a better experience. We arrived with the intent of turning in a p lease and getting into a payment that would be comparable. Holly showed us a Jetta GLI that we (same car we were turning in) and took it for a test drive. We asked about the TDI Jettawagen that we were looking at the previous night. We ended up bringing an Ad that showed a TDI Jettawagen at a very good price from the aforementioned dealer. It was a long shot to see if they would match or get close. They were willing to match and gave a more than fair price on the Jetta GLI. During the entire process we felt like Holly was our advocate and that, he had our best interests in mind (price). Never once, did we feel like a number or a taken advantage of and that really says a lot about a car salesperson. We did not have the incredible wait times while they “spoke with their manager” from when we agreed upon the price we were in the finance office in about 30 minutes. This leads to the next part of the car buying process that can be a pain, the dreaded finance person. It seems like their only goal is to sell you everything under the sun to make your payment higher and higher. This was not the case, Erik took great care of us, was very open about the finance process, and what ultimately led to the payment. I know that seems like we did not know what we would be getting into, but too often payments start at one number then become bloated with extras. This did not happen since we were able to make sure the agreed upon price included any extras that we wanted. All in all if you’re in the market for a VW there is only one thing to do go to Commonwealth and see Holly. He’ll take great care of you and work for you.

I can't say enough good things about Holly. Courteous, thoughtful, friendly, helpful, and a really nice person. They need to clone this guy. I purchased my first new vehicle in 1971, and have purchased my share of new and used vehicles since then. I have never been "happy" with a car salesman until now. I hope he is still around the next time I need a car.

This is my second Volkswagen from Commonwealth. The first one I bought the sales man was not pushy at all which is why I decided to come back for my second. This time I had Shawn helping me. He was extremely transparent with EVERYTHING. He made me feel like his friend and took really good care of me. Any questions I had were answered throughly and truthfully. The sales experience itself will keep me coming back to commonwealth. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could have constant contact if I had any questions! Talk about customer service! I would also like to mention that Israel the manager was super helpful as well, I had a few things that needed to be taken care of on my new car, and he without a doubt took care of it all. I really appreciated the honesty and commitment to making me the customer happy! Thanks guys I'll definitely be back again!
