This dealership has wasted hours of my life; their
This dealership has wasted hours of my life; their behavior ranges from lack of transparency to blatant lies. I would caution other shoppers against dealing with them. They will lie to your face, and when you catch them, they will pretend it was a misunderstanding. I originally went to them to purchase a car listed at $30,151. As I spoke to Milton at the dealership, I was informed that the $30,151 showing up on most websites was the “finance for” price, which meant that was after a $2k down payment, so the real price was $32,151 (basically, they rig their prices to show up cheaper on external sites). Then, a reconditioning fee and documentation fee brough the price up to $35k, and with tax, title registration, we were sitting at ~$38.5k out-the-door. I had a trade in with an offer ready-to-go from CarMax for $9.5k, and they offered me $3.5k for my car, which sells for ~$15k on the market. I went into the finance manager Mike’s office, and politely explained that with the $30k list price and other cars on the market (slightly older and more mileage) going for $31k, I simply was not prepared to pay $38.5k today and was expecting closer to $33k out-the-door. He showed me a screen with some other vehicles in the area claiming that theirs was the best price (the original $30,151 price). We went back and forth a little bit, they offered $36.5k, I said I am still not quite comfortable with that, and I was told to keep shopping. A day or so later, I texted Milton wishing him luck selling the car, and if it’s still there in a few weeks and they’d be willing to do $34k out-the-door, they know where to find me. This is where it gets fun. About a week and a half later, Milton texts me asking if I’m still interested in a Tucson for $34k, I say sure. He says they sold the first one, but they have another in the same color and trim and similar mileage. I look at the listing, look up the VIN, and it’s the same as the first car they were selling. I let it slide, he explains they’d want me to finance the car, I offer slightly more than $34k in cash instead, and he declines and suggests I can pay the car off early. We concluded $34k out-the-door and I’d finance the car. I spend an hour driving back to the dealership, Milton spends some time taking my information, and presents me with a piece of paper with a $38.5k out-the-door price. Actually, $34k was the leftover after a $4k down payment. Milton tells me don’t worry about it, just sign, you can work the numbers out with Mike later. At this point, I was sick of dealing with this dealer’s dishonesty and left. I wasted hours dealing with these people and was lied to my face repeatedly. I strongly urge anyone shopping for a vehicle to take their business elsewhere, or risk wasting hours of your time or thousands of dollars.

Wonderful service experience. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable in addressing all of my concerns. Service was timely and getting a live progress report on my phone as work progressed was amazing. Very good service center. Area was neat, organized and well maintained.

I had an appointment to do an inspection on the Sept.
I had an appointment to do an inspection on the Sept. 10th but I needed new wiper blades. The service rep Anthony did not fail the car as all other items passed. He told me to come back once I had them replaced. I returned on Friday and he accommodated me without an appointment and passed the inspection. My second visit was less than 30 minutes.
