Very polite, they listen when you talk to them they give really good service when trying to find out what the problem is they call with updates keeping you informed

I felt perfectly comfortable having my car serviced during these challenging times, Everything was perfectly clean and sanitized; the personnel and staff were all polite and masked. I always feel that what needs to be done gets done, but I am not required to do unneeded repairs or tune-ups. The waiting room seems safe, and people were conscientious about physical distancing. We will all miss the cookies and bars, but that is a small thing in a complicated world! Thanks as always.

My time at this location was amazing! I remember when you were looking for a car to buy you at least spend half the day in an office on paperwork exc. Not this time. I give staff 100% I did not feel overwhelmed or bombarded by staff.

I spoke with the General manager- Jim Baldwin. He was off on Friday,. but was able to show me the vehicle I was interested in and manage to appraise my vehicle. He gave me a great amount for my trade and the vehicle I purchased was at a great price as well. I came back the next day and Jennifer in finance assisted us. We were in and out very quickly and off to enjoy our new vehicle. I was impressed with the efficiency and how easy and hassle free the process was. Over the years we have bought several cars from Luther Dealerships- but this process was about as easy as it gets.
