As always, I am very happy with the service I received at Tuttle Click Ford! Rod had my car checked in and had a Lyft ordered for me to get to work within 5 minutes of my arrival and I got to work with time to spare. The service department is always clean and the staff is friendly. I look forward to getting my car serviced because the process is as easy as anyone could hope for.

Air Bag recall repair.
Awesome customer service! I took my 2008 Ford Fusion and had it inspected inside and outside and the airbag repair was done in time as promised. I also took my wife’s 2012 Ford Explorer in to have the electric steering fixed, which included update to the software and several recall repairs I was not even aware of. Fantastic facilities and staff. Turtle-Click Ford in Irvine, CA rocks!!

Tuttle Click Ford Irvine
So. Have an older vehicle i had restored. The guys and gals and Ford Tuttle Click Irvine handled a big chunk of it. Excellent work. Paint shoo awesome. I worked with John, Sam, and Robert over the last couple of years. Fantastic and well versed in Customer Service. Lastly, had a hickuo with billing and the GM handled excellently, and I feel very appropriately. Because of this experience, I dont see me going anywhere else Additionally, I have my other veh les serviced here and the experience is the same.

As always the service department was competent and professional! Renato Rod was my service advisor and took great care to ensure I received great service even after further complications arose after first inspection. I also worked with the service manager when Renato had a day off. They made the complications as easy to deal with as possible! Very considerate to the customer! I will continue to buy my vehicles from them!

Repair for auto collision damage
Thorough inspection of the damage and the necessary appropriate repairs. Tuttle-Click amended the original estimate by the insurance company, successfully obtained the consent. The result is that my car is good as new. The service rep, David Reuter is customer service oriented, and professional. He took the initiative to oversee the entire process as my advocate.
