Janey is a pleasure to work with. It is apparent that she cares about the customer and their experience and does everything in her power to make it better. The new facility is great as well. I prefer waiting to hassling with the shuttle, and now that is a breeze, and I can even have a good meal.

Paul called me several times to keep me updated on when I would be getting my Explorer back. The service is always great and surprisingly fast.

Your service Dept. is the best. I have complete faith in the work done at your dealership. I have been to another dealer in Buena Park and all they do is scam people.

I'm not asking for much. Just buying aome new tires. Apparently I have truck tires. Obviously Ford dealership has truck tires readily available, unlike costco. The price is much better than costco as well. After price comparison of big o tires, costco, tires for less, goodyear tire ctr and tire rack.com, I see no better place to get my suv tires besides Ford dealership. So for sure I will refer the Ford dealership for tire replacements of this type of minivan (honda, odyssey).

I have no idea how this place can still do the business. Bad service, employees with horrible attitude and no training. Heard the service manager doesn't care any of those reviews. No wonder they are so bad.

I contacted the Internet Mgr. on-line for a price quote for a MKX. I received a quick response and set a meeting to view and test drive the car. After doing so, we discussed detailed pricing and financing options. Everything was very straight forward and all my questions were answered. I bought the car. All the transactions went smoothly and the delivery of the vehicle was as I requested. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

There was a $2,000 Ford Incentive. I was there March 31. I could have purchased the car that day! When I told him that I would come back latter because we wanted to think.....he said no problem. We spoke to him and he lead us to believe that the deal was still good. I made an appointment with him and said ok lets do it. Upon signing the contract at the very end I noticed the $2,000 was no longer on it. I said hey what happened. The manager said the deal expired March 31. I said no one said anything about the deal changing! The manager then said they didn't know when the deals started and stopped till it happens. However on another dealers page they not only showed incentives for 2011 , 2012, 2013. They showed when sales start when they end . They flat out lied.
