Andy from Automotive Specialty was such a great sales person. Worked very hard to get me into my car. I would totally recommend this car lot, friendly and works fast on getting you approved. I am so happy and satisfied with the experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Andy and Stephanie.

Our experience as a family was super unprofessional and unbelievable. we have bought many cars from many dealerships and this is the very first one that we have ever had issues with. My son was super excited to buy his first car and we were working with Stephanie which in the beginning of the process was awesome. She requested paperwork from us, and we returned it right away and when it came to test driving the vehicle prior to sitting down and finishing all paperwork it went downhill really quick. I wasn't able to be there since I was at work, so we were communicating with my spouse and son by phone since I was my son's co-signer. Apparently, we weren't making our decisions as fast as Stephanie liked so she had the nerve to tell us that she had another customer to attend because we were wasting her time...Um excuse me. So, I overheard what she had said, and I had my spouse pass me Stephanie and Yes, I did raise my voice at her because excuse me WE are the ones buying the vehicle and this is a big decision for my son and if you want a sale, you BETTER be patient. First of all, we never said that we weren't going to buy the vehicle we were just trying to decide if we wanted an extended warranty on it or not. So yes, I did raise my voice at her. NO one should be talked down like that especially not MY family. How unprofessional. I also talked to another person that was supposedly her supervisior and he stated that he pays and trains his employees to rush clients because they do waste their time. I was like excuse me. You guys wasted my whole day because you know what I will not do any sort of business with you guys. There are different ways to speak and rush clients. I am a manager as well and I know I do NOT train my crew to speak so unprofessional to our clients. We will never EVER buy a vehicle from this dealership that makes their clients feel like crap. Horrible experience I will give my money to someone else that deserves it.

I bought my car there the other day, (my second auto purchase from them) and was treated very nicely by "Stephanie" who did her level best to help me out. I am still happy with my prior puchase from them and expect it to be the same this time. The parking lot is a bit tight, but seems most car lots are.

Customer for life! Pressure FREE Auto sales!! Stef at Automotive Specialties is EXCEPTIONAL! She's authentic and straightforward! Stef asked me two questions, what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. She did the research, calculations and showed me what cars had everything I wished for in my price range-- Easy Peasy!! I will recommend this company to all my family and friends. Aaron, Blue and Calvin were wonderful as well! They gave me an EXCELLENT price for my trade-in; which they didn't have to do. The car I purchased sat during the winter so they put in a new battery; which they didn't have to do. When it came to financing there was no pushing for extra monies or add-ons, just quick painless detailed information...Thank you Calvin! You all took a huge burden off my shoulders and I want you to know I really appreciate what you did for me yesterday!

These folks went above and beyond to make the sale and I am a very happy customer. They picked me up at the airport, we stopped for lunch and all the paperwork was ready promptly upon my arrival. They even worked after the sale to deal with a California DMV paperwork issue. These folks are great! Go see them for your new car needs. Thanks Rick and Stephanie for all the help!

Complete rip off. Charging 4x the amount of the blue book value. I would recommend going somewhere else. Do the research and you will find that knowing the price of the vehicle is better than getting fleeced.

Located at 8815 N. Division, the folks at Automotive Specialties are a great crew to work with. Purchased a used Acura RDX and have been happy with the service these folks have provided for us. Honesty and integrity always go a long way to a successful business. Stefanie and Calvin make a great welcoming team that made this the best car buying experience ever.

I stopped by to see what I'd qualify for, and Shipley sold me on a decently priced Toyota Avalon. I drove off with it within hours of arriving, with no appointment.
