I arrived very early because I had an appointment for a recall on my transmission. Joel was very punctual, fast and cordial. He took the time to explain what they were going to do and kept me up to date on the repairs. There is one area where I see that maybe not a lot of people think about and that's the shuttle service. I forgot the gentleman's name but he was EXTRA ORDINARY to say the least. He took me to my home residence and worked with me. He also went out of his way to pick me up when my vehicle was ready for pick up and drove all the way from the dealership to my home residence to get me. On the way to and from my residence he was very polite, helpful, insightful, knowledgeable and interesting. He spoke very highly of the dealership he works for. In my book, the man has a lot of integrity. This is my 4th vehicle that I have purchased from DCH Jeep. I go way before the dealership was named DCH. I'm a long time customer of this dealership and the one thing that keeps me coming back for my auto needs is their customer service and friendliness. I like it when I don't get hustled over a vehicle. Even when I come to get my Jeep serviced and the salesmen see me walking around, they don't hustle me but talk to me and ask me if there is anything they can do. DCH sales team was outstanding I did go to other dealers out here in the Palm Springs area where I live was very unhappy with the sales people and auto dealers felt like they only wanted THE BIG SALE OF THE DAY.I called around checked an aprox.100 mile radius and found that DCH Chrysler in Tamecula was the place to go after talking to Rob Ramarez on the phone.I went to DCH and purchased A brand new DODGE promastet work van as I own A plumbing co. in Palm Desert and plan on going back to DCH as our company grows and I will be dealing with ROB RAMAREZ . I had contacted AAA and gave them 3 options for makes of vehicles I would be looking for. Jeep of Temecula was the last of 3 emails sent to me and the very 1st to call right away. When I went to the dealership I found them to be polite and friendly. That is very important to me. My experience was very positive as I had selected my 2 choices, by pricing and size from their website, to test drive prior to arriving. I appreciated the fact that there was absolutely no push to get me to drive or try to select any other vehicle than what I chose. Everyone down the line from the start, walking in from the lot, the front desk, to the finish made it a positive journey! Plus, I really do like my choice a lot. I chose the 2014 Jeep Patriot and it's a great drive!
