Repairs At Moss Brothers Honda, Moreno Valley
I ran into a curb pulling into a gas station breaking both hub caps on the right side of the car. I wanted new ones to match the the one's on the left side so I knew I would have to get them at the dealer ship. I also wanted to see if I had done any damage to the rims and if I had knocked out the alignment in the front or the rear. I called David Swanson ( Assistant Service Manager) because he is who I have always dealt with since we bought the car in late October of 2015. He told me just to bring it down as soon as I was ready. He had me out of there in around an hour with the 2 hub caps, The alignment fixed on the rear of the car, new wipers, and the phone and radio systems rebooted for less than $160. He is one of the nicest people I have met and he always been very helpful to me no matter what the issue even if it is just me not knowing how to figure things out with the car. He is the reason I continue to return to the dealership. A place I usually avoid because they are usually to expensive and take to long.
