Service Department

Service department manager Austin and assistant manager Rick both are amazing, thumbs up! Service advisor Torrance White is horrible, left work early without get his job done, misunderstood what the main purpose of an appointment for!!!! Wasted customer's time and hard earned money!!!! >_<!!!! (This is a verified purchase!! I am not associated with JEEP dealership or service center!!!)

Recall fixes

My experience was very good. Very helpful and repair was done right, just one thing. when I left I mention that I need my truck done by 3:00pm. I didn't receive a call that my truck was ready? I was given a ride to dealership by coworker at 4:00pm not knowing that my truck was ready at 3:00pm?
