BUYER BEWARE!!! Was sold a “new” vehicle that was previousl

I purchased a brand new 2018 Ram 1500 Limited from Larry H Miller Surprise on June 26, 2019. 2 months after the purchased it was discovered that the vehicle was involved in a car accident 1 year and 4 months before I purchased it. This vehicle was sold to me as brand new, 1st owner, and was NOT a dealer demo. The dealership failed to disclose this accident during the entire transaction process. I have since returned to the dealership to talk to a few different management level employees and none of them have any interest in fixing this issue. This dealership has no problem breaking the law and obviously has no ethical or moral values when selling you a car. I have since obtained legal counsel and will allow the process to play itself out but when looking at purchasing a vehicle from Larry H Miller in Surprise BUYER BEWARE!!!

Wow! Now thats Service!

Barely got out of my car and they were right there to help! Took the info and got me taken care of ! Told me about the service specials & they were fast to get it done ! Nick and the other gentleman who i forgot to catch his name ??But it was a Great experience & LMS is Lucky to have people like that !Great job!

Recall

Had a recall done on my steering on my 2018 jeep rubicon and I would say it was done right I feel no difference but jeep it self sent out a recall notice and Larry Miller service department took care of it and as far as the star rating I never give out five stars unless I could see what was done and if it made a difference

Dead battery

Battery went dead in local parking lot. Called LMC to find out replace cost. I was told I was covered by Chrysler warranty. They gave me Chrysler road side assist phone number. I called road assist within 15 min help arrived to jump motor. Started up ,drive to LMC when I arrived I was immediately scheduled. I also mentioned to Duane that the right side sliding door was making some noise when opened The car was checked out the battery replaced and door fixed in under two hours. Great service great warranty service. Thanks Chryslet

Great Sales Process

Loved the whole process of buying my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. KT was very professional and was all for helping to get me into this car. There was no pressure at all. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in and I got a great deal on my new Jeep. I will definitely send all my friends and family to KT.

Duane/Service Dept.

Took our Jeep in for repair on recall item and it’s first oil change/tire rotation. Entire experience was pleasant and had our Jeep back with half the day left and it was run thru the car wash to boot. Duane was prompt, took care to answer questions and made us feel comfortable. Thank You !!
