Terrible service once you buy a vehicle they don't want to do anything to help you I try to reach out to them for 4 months for help not one person helped me I had to contact Audi themselves Anthony Mark and tal useless

Best dealer , very professional
I had the greatest experience at the Audi Service Center in Fair Lawn , NJ . I have a 2008 Audi Q7 . I went to Audi for an oil change and there was a minor accident with my wipes. Sam was very professional and told me to leave the car for replacement. He said that it would be ready by Friday . On Friday he called me , the car was ready and perfect . I appreciate the high level of professionalism and excellent service . The staff are well educated and they have the best espresso coffee (:
