I had a really great experience at this dealership. I wanted a specific car they had in stock so I worked with Miguel remotely and I drove out to pick it up. He had PLENTY of opportunity to try to pull a bait and switch and he did not. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was pleasant, smart and very straightforward from business manager to the tech person. Miguel was so warm and responsive. He gave me a great deal and he had me in and out. My pick up was seamless. I really appreciate how they do business and I would absolutely recommend them and work with them again.

I’m writing this review to share an extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience I had with the service department at Jack Daniels Volkswagen, particularly with a representative identified as “Kourtney” (texting from 609-316-5658). After being told that a replacement mirror for our vehicle was in stock and being asked to provide the VIN, we were instructed to drop off the car. We rearranged our schedules and traveled out, only to wait over three hours, only to then be told the part was never ordered. Naturally, I followed up via text to express our frustration—and the response I received was nothing short of shocking. The replies from Kourtney were dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. I was told, “We have removed you from our system and will no longer be servicing this vehicle. Have a great day. You are extremely rude to staff. We have also noted that in the review.” The tone was hostile and accusatory, with no acknowledgment of the dealership’s own miscommunication or error. I was blamed for a situation their team created. When I escalated the issue to the dealership’s General Manager, I was told I had actually been speaking to their AI system, not a human. That may be the case—but I find it deeply troubling that an AI would be programmed to make personal accusations, state that a customer has been “rude to staff,” and unilaterally terminate a service relationship. That type of language and judgment is something no customer should experience—especially if it’s automated. I sincerely hope the dealership takes meaningful steps to improve both their customer communication and the safeguards around how their AI engages with real people. Passing off such a harsh and personal message as a “glitch” only makes this situation more unsettling.

Bought a car from Jack Daniels back in December 2023.
Bought a car from Jack Daniels back in December 2023. In Sept 2024 (10 months later), I am told that I already need 4 new tires. When I asked why I was told that it is a known problem with the q5e and electric audis that they weigh so much you have to replace your tires every year. I asked why if this is a known problem that customers are not bein told when they buy the car and they had no response. I was told to call Audi USA. When I called Audi USA to get an answer they stated that Jack Daniels lied to them and stated that my tires went bald after just 12,000 miles because I go off-roading. Who goes off roading in a Audi? And why lie to the corporate? A very seedy shop. I paid $1500 for 4 new tires and based on what they stated I can expect to pay another 1,500 every year for the life of my car. Please save yourself some money and stay away from both Audi and Jack Daniels. Price does not always equal the best vehicle. In this case it equals 4 trips to the dealer in just 10 months (1 error in the computer system, 2 recalls and 1 new set of tires). Stay away!!

Since December, they had my etron for over two months!
Since December, they had my etron for over two months! My car had a recall to fix a sunroof leak. They tried three separate times! Today they delivered my car back to me and it had a puddle of standing water in the driver side floorboard! Who the xxxx delivers a fully electric car with standing water in it????? Especially after having the car for two months to try and fix a leaking sunroof???? These guys are pathetic and they all need to lose their jobs!
