Thank you

I bought a truck from them last winter. I didn’t have a lot of time . I called them they got it inside so it was warm. Test drove , agreed on price . Easy to deal with. I have put 45k on the truck since January

Great place to buy your next car

I just bought a car from here. Great place with a huge selection and great pricing. The owner Lee was very friendly and easy to work with. I recommend Vos auto sales for your next car purchase.

Return customer

I'm a return customer with this dealer, I've had exceptionally good customer service from Rick and Lee. They've covered my concerns on every occasion. I've had better luck here than with the new car purchases I've made. I'll keep going back to Voss they're straight up down to earth people.

Vos Motors - St. Cloud, MN

Bought a 2004 Ford F150 XLT 4x4, new body style, from this dealer in summer 2015. Condition of body and interior were about what I expected for a vehicle that was about 12 years old and had 129k on it at the time of purchase. A few dents and scratches on the exterior; interior was in good condition (a bit dirty) and driver's seat was torn. But I was ok with those cosmetic issues. Truck began sputtering as soon as I left the lot after signing the paperwork, even though I had test-driven the vehicle. Little to no gas in the tank. Clearly, the dealer hadn't checked. Also, spark plugs were worn on the vehicle. Truck needed extensive repairs. Spent $5000 on repairs and parts replacement in first year of ownership, and I did most of the service myself. Needed repairs included ball joints, fuel delivery module (circuit board was exposed), spark plugs (as mentioned), immediate oil change (oil was black), transmission ($1400), tires, air intake and filter housing needed extensive cleaning (intake plugged with leaves and other debris), camshaft sprockets (phasers) were shot ($650 - replaced them myself), passenger side timing chain tensioner broken (complete timing kit replacement), wheels were rusted to hubs (all four needed to be pounded off with a sledge hammer and 2x4), brake pads worn almost to wear indicators, rotors heavily scored, rear differential needed to be rebuilt, brake fluid needed flushing, e-brake non-functional at time of purchase, oil pan had extensive leak (dropped and replaced gasket), and the coolant was degraded (flushed and replaced thermostat). Clearly this dealer either did not perform any meaningful checks on the vehicle or opted to ignore obvious maintenance concerns before putting this truck on the lot. This dealer is worth avoiding if you are looking for a used vehicle, unless you get a great price on a low-mileage vehicle and have substantial automotive skill, especially when purchasing a vehicle with a notoriously sensitive engine, such as the Ford 4.6 and 5.4 3-valve Tritons. Stopped by this dealer recently to inform him of this matter. Although he sells most/all of his vehicles AS/IS, I do not expect a business owner to laugh at his customers when they try to tell him of their experience with a product that he sold to them. This was my experience when I returned to discuss my ongoing experience with the truck that I purchased from this location.

Expensive repairs afterwards

After purchasing a car here they failed to provide me with the extra set of keys after 2 months even though they assured me they had them. The check engine light came on the minute we got it home - needs a catalytic converter (very expensive), and brakes are warped pretty badly which somehow didn't show up when we test drove.
