Ella Collie is the BEST Service Center Representative! She is considerate to her customers' time and concerns, while still communicating amicably with all whom she interacts with with a smile. Maria in sales needs to learn to share the initial info she learns from a client with the second point person that way customers do not have to repeat themselves from salesperson to salesperson and no extra time needs to be wasted. Drew was very helpful and patient in sales, though most of the time I felt as if he was not actually interested in helping me get a new car suited to my needs and comparable to my old car and although I appreciated not being made to feel rushed in the sale, there were a lot of moments when Drew left us at his desk for quite an inordinate amount of time. Entire sale took about 4 hours, which seems rather ridiculous to me.

Very helpful and everybody was very nice. It was just really great and they did a really good job and I just love their car selections.

By far the most enjoyable experience buying a car ever ! Gil , Nicholas , and Alex were professional and very helpful. We purchased a 2017 Tundra and are really happy. The staff at Toyota make the difference! We will be sending our friends and family to Toyota of the desert for sure!

This was my second buying experience at this dealership, and the main reason I went back was the salesman (Floor Sales Manager) Jerry Rushing. Not your typical high pressure car salesman. Another great experience! I highly recommend Toyota of the Desert over I10.

Gave my daughter a 17 k car added 10k of b.s. maint programs- 12.5 % interest- then two weeks later called said can't finance- bring car back - a scam !!!- so dad goes to buy car for her with credit union cert. for 50 k approved-THEY LIED !!! - RAN MY CREDIT TWICE !!! knocked off all the maint progams for 10 k - got car back down original price 17 k- screw them and their american flag foreign b.s. !!! -

All of the staff makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. We are extremely pleased with Nathan Beck he is so friendly and goes beyond to help you. This is the second car we buy from him and for sure would recommend and buy from him again. All the staff is amazing.
