Customer Service

Imagine my embarrassment when I had to tell the people at Regans-who have worked on my cars for years-that one of my children, in trying to change the oil himself, had drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil...These days it is so easy to make people feel stupid, or wrong. Not so at Regans.They were really kind, reassuring me that it happens a lot, and Jeremy even went so far as to congratulate my child for trying. THAT is so typical of what it is like to deal with the people at Regans.

Bad business STAY AWAY!!!

Overpriced and impolite. They must have asked all their friends to leave all those positive reviews they have, definitely wasn’t my experience. Please stay away from this place.

Stay away

I found the main guy there to be very dishonest and very rude even though the rest of the guys were cool. This business is all about honesty. I would stay away and not listen to the other reviewers who probably paid a lot more than they should have. If I could give zero stars I would.

Live in Neighborhood

I have gone to Regan's for service and inspection over many years. They are friendly and welcoming, I have not had to wait long, they are honest and do excellent work! The place is clean and organized and there's a nice warm waiting room with reading materials. I rarely finish the article I'm reading!

Never Replied to Me

I sent an email to them through Cars.com over 10 days ago with a question about a car they had just listed and never received a reply. They may be good in person but I'll never know since I'm taking my business elsewhere.
