Palm Springs Hyundai sold me a 2020 Hyundai ionic with

Palm Springs Hyundai sold me a 2020 Hyundai ionic with 42,000 miles on it that was supposedly certified the very next day after I purchased it I told him there’s a problem now it’s been 11 months they still haven’t fix the problem and they told me don’t bring it back they cannot fix the car. It will not go up to Tramway Boulevard. It won’t go up palms to Pine highway. I can’t go to big bear lake and I can’t go up Highway 62. It only works on a flat world any grade over 10 or 11% all the electricity runs out in the car stopped in the middle of the street as I wait to be hit by the vehicles behind me. They have test drove it seven times and said they cannot find the problem but I put George the service manager in the vehicle and then 20 minutes the problem arose. We were broke down in the middle of the street instead of fixing it they put a new transmission in it still breaks down in the middle of the street and won’t go up the hill. It’s been two weeks since they put in the transmission. I called them three times a week they said oh we’re broken down our computers don’t work yet they’re still in business. They’re fixing hundreds of vehicles a day, but not mine because mine they cannot fix. It’s a lemon, they’re very nice when they take it in there. Very nice when I pick it up but they did not put on the nine receipts. I have the reasons I brought it in or their results seven times they should’ve wrote down it’s stopping in the road, and it’s making a banging noise. Instead, they gave me back receipts. That said we change the oil . I have one receipt where they admit it’s broken but they refuse to fix it. It’s still under factory warranty they did not certified because the filters were filthy and at this point when I went there today and told them you are open you are taking in cars. Why can’t you fix mine he said leave the property and don’t come Back , they told me they were doing me a favor by fixing the broken car that they sold me that’s been broken from day one only a fool will do business there !

unlike other dealers in ps.. when I wanted to test drive a vehicle no problem..take the keys and go for a drive.. no hassell .. and the salesperson peter was great, extremely easy to work with, attentive truly a no hassell experience..yes buying a car here was a very positve experince

Happy with the servicing of my Hyundai

Today I took my Kona to service. I was attended, for the first time in my experience, by a woma, Cyndi. She was polite, attentive to detail, and even took the time to show me what the air filters looked like. I decided to change them and one of the Hyundai coupons almost covered the cost of one of them. I was thoroughly satisfied with Cyndi’s handling of the service. Please let her know that I appreciated her attention. What’s more the waiting room areas are comfortable and agreeable as well as the variety of coffee offered. 👏👏👏

No Complaints, great service

I had to drive 200+ mi round trip for this service so am pleased that it went well, all concerns were addressed and so far after 5 days, no complaints. Even though it turned out to be 5 hrs waiting, if everything is taken care of, it is worth it to me. Thank you

This place deserves 10 stars. You are not going to find a better dealership anywhere. Up front about everything and honest. Selling at MSRP without nonsense add-ons. The customer service is exceptional. Nick the sales guy was awesome all the way thru the process. The next Hyundai, Genesis, or Mercedes I buy will be from this dealership group without a debt. These guys deserve to get as many vehicle allocations from the manufacturers as possible. They are doing what is right for the brand reputation. Everyone, take the time to make sure and let Hyundai know that these guys are the ultimate brand ambassadors. Thanks for a memorable and positive car buying experience.

Service department

My car has been in thier service dept for almost two weeks amd no one has communicated anything with me to let me know what my car needs for repairs!! I've called amd left messages and still no communication. I won't be doing any business with this dealership anymore!!!
