Horrible customer service after purchase of car. Was nice at first but once you call him out on his charades he is backed into a corner and tries to lie his way out. Could not drive my car because dealer refused to pay the money I already paid him to register my car in my name. It took 2 month to get my registration and title. I still have no plates for my car so I cant drive it. The dealer is rude and tells lies to avoid responsibility. He will ignore phone calls an disable other forms of communication possible. Your essentially on his time until he pays for the documentation you already paid him. Dealers prefers to cut corners to save money. He will never pay for your plate and you will end up coming out for your own pocket to get the necessary items just to drive your car. If you find something wrong with the car he will lie about making changed and ask you to come back later only to find out later nothing was fixed. This shop is not worth buying from. Take your money elsewhere where your business will matter after he cashes your check. If you buy from here you will regret it.

THIS CUSTOMER MOVED OUT OF THE COUNTRY RIGHT AFTER BUYING THE CAR ..AND HER ADDRESS WASNT EVEN WHERE SHE LIVED HER MAIL WAS RETURNED TO US SEVERAL TIMES .THEN SHE WANTED IT MAILED TO HER MOM IN MINNESOTA IN ORDER FOR US TO DO THAT SHE WOULD NEED TO SIGN A SPECIAL MAILER FROM SEC OF STATE .. AS FAR AS THE PLATE GOES SHE NEVER PAID FOR A PLATE ONLY THE TITLE ..IF SHE PAID FOR A PLATE THEN SEC OF STATE WOULD OF GAVE HER ONE THIS IS THE RESULT OF A CUSTOMER THAT YOU JUST CANT PLEASE ...BUT EITHER WAY HER CAR WAS VERY RELIABLE AT A GREAT PRICE ,AS U CAN SEE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE CAR CALL ME DIRECTLY IF U NEED A VEHICLE MY NAME IS KEVIN IM THE OWNER 248-977-7615

Rock auto is pretty sweet they got me financed for a jeep wrangler That was totally customized by them they keep the radio rocking and Kevin is pretty cool he's the owner he has helped me out when my battery died he brought me a new one right away His service manager is a classic car collector and my dad loved talking to him rock auto also has other sweet rides but the jeep was for me thanks rock auto
