My Civic's a/c stopped working while having lunch in Indio. The outside temp was 110F. Service Rep, Jason was able to get me in within 3 hours. A diagnosis was accomplished within another 2 hours and the costs and time to repair were accurately conveyed to me. No hard sell on the more expensive options. I couldn't be more pleased with the way I was treated. They went out of their way to accommodate my issues.

terrible customer service
Facilities are nice and new. Our salesman Gabe was great. Getting out the door with a new car was easy. However, when calling with questions and problems with the vehicle, I can't get a strait answer. No one seems to be able to find the paperwork and no one returns a call. It's been weeks and I'm still waiting on a resolution to a simple problem. I've bought a lot of cars over the years. I will never buy a car there again.

Sales department will lie in order to sale cars
This dealership will lie to you when selling you a car. Was told we would get free oil changes for duration of warranty. When I went in to get first oil change the service person was almost apologetic when he told me we would have to pay for other services in order to get oil change. I called the sales manager over to ask and his answer was "oh well". He was super rude! I felt ripped off and will try to find another dealership for service. Do not buy a car from this dealership. They will lie and do anything to sell the car. They do not care about your satisfaction. My last purchase of a Hyundai was absolutely the opposite experience. That dealership goes out of their way even now that my car has 80,000 miles.

I love my brand new civic and couldn't be happier with my whole buying experience. Marcos helped me out and showed me all of the latest technology on my new car. The manager made the experience great as well. He came up to me and shook my hand and walked me through the entire payment process. I appreciate this being explained to me via the manager as opposed to the sales guy. I love my new car!

Great Car!
I purchased my new Honda from this dealer after shopping around for about a month. What made me choose Unicars over the 5 other dealers/makes I was considering was their genuine effort in helping me attain a vehicle perfect for me and at a price that I was willing to pay. Out of all the dealerships I visited, this one is the only one that didn't make me feel like they really needed to sell me something that day. The lack of pressure really sealed the deal for me. My new car is working out great and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. I will recommend them to family and friends.

Great experience
I recently went in to purchase a vechicle, being that I live an hour and twenty minutes away I did a lot of the deal over the phone. I was a little hesitant when they called me and said to come to get my car sign and drove it home, but that is exactly what happened! Both the sales person and manager stayed past their shift to make sure they were there when I arrived and didn't leave until I was done and ready to drive off. When ever I purchase another Honda down the line I will definitely be returning to Unicars Honda! Thanks again to this wonderful staff!

Service Department
Came in to get an oil change and have my brakes checked. Had an appointment for 1:30. It is now 5:30 and I am still waiting. Very upset and disappointed in the service.

the best dealership and especially best service dept ever experienced!!!!carl service mgt,and his team are incredible!!!!what a clean,efficient and professional dealership and service dept!!!!100% well run,and every issue and customer is treated with fast and totally sincere response,it is a joy too bring your honda here!!!most dealerships have a cold,commercial feeling too them,but not here,carl and his group are very friendly and outgoing,the number one priority of any honda dealership is in the service,dept,are customers treated fairly,is response quick,do customers feel important??,yes,yes,and yes!!here at unicars,a joy and pleasure bringing my civic turbo here!!!!!-eric

When you are buying - you are GOLDEN!
But beware when things dont go their way. No communication. No help. No ethics or honesty. Suddenly one gets why car dealers are at the very bottom of the ratings of respectful occupations. And at unicar honda you better make a deal their way or you are treated like slime . Worst customer service ever. Will never go back and will make sure noone i know goes there either,

the best repair service dept of any honda dealership!!!!carl,service mgt and his team are incredible!!!!!every time i have come in,i get treated like the great one!!!,sincere ,service,and very friendly dept,unicars is a very comfortable dealership,and they have the best coffee in waiting area!!!!its really a relaxed,almost at home feeling,my honda fit is the best car i've owned,and unicars has been excellent,and the service dept,and carl the manager,with his team are exceptional,check out unicars before you buy your honda,its worth it!!!!!-eric
