Wow what great service

I actually only visited Hyundai of La Quinta (HLQ) to repair my wife's remote control and walked away in a great car and an even better deal. This dealership knows how to offer it's customers the best in Customer Service. I was so impressed by them that 4 more members of my family also purchased cars from them. It was truly a great buying experience. I highly recommend them to one and all. The staff is incredible. Bobby Calloway, General Manager is the leader and very down to earth. Then there's Tim Davis, Sales Desk Manager who gets the deals bought. Mark Link, General Sales Manager also getting the deals cleared. I also want to mention by name the following members of the great HLQ staff. Ian McHenry, Phred Espinosa, Gene Oneill, and Randy Yates. Julio Corona, David Jones and Cande Arias the best darn good Sales Representatives around. Needless to say "Do Not Waste Your Time" at any other dealership to get the very best go to Hyundai of La Qunta. I did.

Again very disappointed!!!

They finally fixed my brakes after the third time bringing it back!!! But they did not fix the noise in the front axle!!! Now I have to take it in AGAIN!!! They assured that the had found a rock in a crevice that was making the noise and that it was fixed now, NOT SO BECAUSE IT'S STILL MAKING THE NOISE!!!

We are certainly willing to take another look at it for you. We test drove the car yesterday after we fixed the defective brake pad and we could not replicate any noise coming from the front end after we found a rock in the a arm and removed it. My name is Tony, I purchased a sonata from them and have always brought it in for oil changes here and had good experiences. But recently I brought it in for brakes and have had to bring it back 3 other time because they can't get it right. It has been very inconvenient to keep coming to only hear there excuses and still can't fix my car. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

As stated to you yesterday we found to have received a defective brake pad and have agreed to replace your brake pad and rotor. So sorry that it took this long to recognize the correct fix. We had a great experience at the car dealer. We were treated like family and everyone there were very professional. Our sales person was Martin Diaz. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I had the most amazing experience once again! I am a repeat customer and Hyundai of La Quinta did not disappoint! Kim was great to work with! We laughed the entire time! Who does that while shopping for a car?! I was never pressured or made to feel uncomfortable. Eric was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with! He made the sale work for me and my budget.

Anthony, one of the service leads at this dealership, took care of us quickly and efficiently. This speaks to a great service team of people we never see, in their giant service bay. Anthony and Randy made sure the car came back to us with it cleaned inside and out. We appreciate the attention to detail. We also talked to the sales team while we waited. Davey and Gene were informative and friendly and we appreciate what we learned today about the latest models. We will always return to this dealership, as we have learned through experience with them that we can trust them. This is a value one cannot quantify more.

Looking for the best hybrid

I did my research, and decided on a Hyundai Ionic. La Quinta was a bit of a drive for me, but the has the best selection and by far the best price. The salesman was knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions,. I?m thrilled with my new car!
