Meet Lucas Kielar

About a month ago I started looking for a CPO or a new Audi SUV, from Q5 to Q7, even if I can find a SQ5. I had test driving them too during the search. This last Sunday my wife and I went to Audi and decided to buy a brand new 2025 Q5. The whole time from my beginning looking Lucas is our sales person to work with. Lucas is a very knowledgeable and patient person who never pushes me for anything. Instead he listens to my needs and helps me to get my goals. Thank you so much Lucas! She could say that it is for you and end of the story, but she is not. She called several banks to lower the rate! From the very first phone call, my experience was excellent. I spoke with Lucas about a specific car, and he went out of his way to make sure it was on the lot before we made the hour-long drive. He even sent me a video highlighting the car’s features, which was such a thoughtful touch. When we arrived, both the manager and finance department were incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. After the purchase, Lucas took the time to walk me through the car and teach me about its features, which I truly appreciated. The salesman, Lucas and the entire team scrambled and found my exact build in port and grabbed it for me, getting it delivered to me in record time and running perfectly! Is such a beautiful car and I really, really appreciate the efforts of Lucas and the entire Audi SD team from beginning to end. Will definitely be back when I need my next vehicle which will be, of course, an Audi!

The least I can say about my experience at Audi San Diego is that it was exceptional. Huge shoutout to Lucas for sticking with me over the course of a couple of weeks while I debated between a few cars — some not even Audi. He met me exactly where I was, never pressured me, and ultimately got me out-the-door numbers that were extremely competitive. As someone relatively young in the car-buying world who has faced multiple situations where I wasn’t treated with time and respect at other dealers in the past just because of my age and how I dressed — I truly appreciated the opposite from him and his team with overwhelming professionalism and kindness in making an Audi my next car. If you’re looking for a buying experience with no haggling, no predatory sales tactics, and no misery in the finance office, this is the place. Lucas and the entire sales team were attentive and professional from start to finish, and the finance process was refreshingly smooth — I wasn’t stuck signing papers for hours like at some other dealers and there was zero hiccups with processing anything. I also wanted to see how the after-purchase experience would be, and weeks later, I can say it’s flawless. I had a minor connectivity issue with my vehicle, and the service department was incredibly quick to respond. I was able to get into the dealership and have it fixed in under five minutes... not even kidding, I was conveniently in the neighborhood and they got me in right away. Shoutout to Alec for his kindness and efficiency. Overall, this was a fantastic buying experience from start to finish. Audi San Diego has earned a lifelong customer.
