Found a used vehicle on their web site on a Tuesday, flew to San Diego on Thursday evening, anxious to ‘get on the road’ to drive home that night. They were extremely accommodating in expediting the entire process. What they said, they did, and extremely professionally. They are honest, transparent and kind. Doesn’t get any better than that. Jose Ramirez made the entire experience very seamless and low pressure. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and really just acted as a trusted advisor through the process. I was interested and actively looking for an Audi A6 Prestige 55TFSi which I found online @ Audi San Diego. The 2021/12 edition was not yet on display however Jose supported me upfront with images and provided all information needed which eventually convinced me to drive down south from San Clemente. Before we went for a test drive all my questions were answered in great detail by Jose, he left me enough time to familiarize myself with all the excellent gadgets of this great car before we took it for a 20min ride. I really like that Audi comes and picks up your car for a service and then deliver it back to your home with a no charge.

Price ended up higher than we were told before we went in, vehicle needed tires and alignment within the first 1000 miles. The car pulled to the right on the test drive, and a one inch cut in the tire was noted but we were told the car just had an alignment and two new tires and the cut was superficial.. Turned out the alignment was out and the right front tire was ruined as a result

I found the car I wanted on their website and reached out to a salesperson for more details. Jose Ramirez took care of everything I asked, and made the deal incredibly easy and smooth to get done. He went above and beyond by taking detailed photos and videos of the car to ensure I saw every angle and detail of the car. This was extremely important since I was coming from out of town and hoping to purchase this car and drive it right back home asap. I've never spent less time in a dealership getting a really satisfying deal done, and everyone I dealt with was amazing, polite, and thoughtful. Disappointing experience while paying CASH for 2 A-3’s, in comparison of my leased Q8 in 10/2019 ... the Q8 was as smoothe as can be and everyone hustled to make the deal work. I found the energy about sending 2 vehicles during these most uncertain economic times, I would have thought Audi SD would have been thrilled with an all cash deal but... not so much🤬

I got there by mistake. I was going to a different dealership. All of the sudden I am signing paperwork to buy a car. All due to Joe's excellent customer service and dedication to find the right monthly payment. He went back and ford to find the right bank and deal.
