I had an exceptional experience at Audi thanks to Lucas, Nacho, and Lisa. Nacho has been my trusted service advisor for the past 13 years, always looking out for my best interest with honesty and care. This time, he introduced me to Lucas, who was incredibly professional and attentive. Lucas helped me find the perfect car and took the time to walk me through all its features, ensuring I felt confident and informed. Lisa made the paperwork process seamless—she was efficient, thorough, and made sure I understood every document I was signing. I’m truly grateful to all three of them for making this such a smooth and positive experience. Thank you for going above and beyond.

This was my third deal with Lucas, and he is a terrific

This was my third deal with Lucas, and he is a terrific ambassador for the Audi San Diego dealership and the Audi brand. He is professional and comports himself with integrity. He takes pride in his reputation and the relationships he builds with his clients. No smoke and mirrors, bait-and-switch or shady sales tactics here. I always felt like I was treated with respect and enjoyed an efficient, transparent sales experience. Will certainly keep Lucas and Audi San Diego in mind when I'm in the market for my next vehicle. Also wanted to give a shout out to "Nacho" in the service department. The communication with Nacho is terrific and he takes his time to explain everything in great detail.

I purchased my 2018 Audi Q3 from Raul at AUDI SAN DIEGO,

I purchased my 2018 Audi Q3 from Raul at AUDI SAN DIEGO, Miramar Rd, and have continued to get excellent service there since 2019. Nacho, my service adviser, is professional, informative, and friendly. Always takes the time to explain any repairs/issues with my car, and calls to insure my warranty will cover costs. Appreciate his communications throughout the process, and like that they send you a video detailing the car checkup. Nacho also arranges a Lyft ride for me when needed. This level of great service by Nacho and the Audi repair shop is what keeps me coming back to AUDI SAN DIEGO.

Nacho provides great customer service.

Nacho provides great customer service. Very courteous, helpful. Hadn't been there in a couple of years, remembered me. Initial video of service not audible, he got new one up right away.

My experience has always been great and this time was no different. the experience of my car being picked up and dropped off was great. I've owned my RS3 for nearly 4 years now and have had very few issues with it, but every encounter I have had with this dealership has been friendly and professional. Horacio has taken care of all my service needs, always making sure my car is well taken care of, and greeting with a friendly smile. He knows I prefer texts and keeps me updated with any service requirements and letting me know when my car is ready for pick up. My experience with this, my first Audi, and this dealership has turned me into a huge fan of the brand and I'm hoping for an eTron version of my RS3 soon.
