I recently came to Audi for routine service for my A4, which I have had for over 10 years. Since it had been so long I was also interested in potentially leasing a new model of the A4. That's when I met Mario. He was very welcoming and treated me like family. He helped me get a great appraisal for my old car and a great deal on my new one.
