The least I can say about my experience at Audi San Diego is that it was exceptional. Huge shoutout to Lucas for sticking with me over the course of a couple of weeks while I debated between a few cars — some not even Audi. He met me exactly where I was, never pressured me, and ultimately got me out-the-door numbers that were extremely competitive. As someone relatively young in the car-buying world who has faced multiple situations where I wasn’t treated with time and respect at other dealers in the past just because of my age and how I dressed — I truly appreciated the opposite from him and his team with overwhelming professionalism and kindness in making an Audi my next car. If you’re looking for a buying experience with no haggling, no predatory sales tactics, and no misery in the finance office, this is the place. Lucas and the entire sales team were attentive and professional from start to finish, and the finance process was refreshingly smooth — I wasn’t stuck signing papers for hours like at some other dealers and there was zero hiccups with processing anything. I also wanted to see how the after-purchase experience would be, and weeks later, I can say it’s flawless. I had a minor connectivity issue with my vehicle, and the service department was incredibly quick to respond. I was able to get into the dealership and have it fixed in under five minutes... not even kidding, I was conveniently in the neighborhood and they got me in right away. Shoutout to Alec for his kindness and efficiency. Overall, this was a fantastic buying experience from start to finish. Audi San Diego has earned a lifelong customer.

I recently came to Audi for routine service for my A4, which I have had for over 10 years. Since it had been so long I was also interested in potentially leasing a new model of the A4. That's when I met Mario. He was very welcoming and treated me like family. He helped me get a great appraisal for my old car and a great deal on my new one. Left my service advisor George a message to schedule service for my wife's RSQ8. His administrative assistant reached out to me within a few hours and we were on the books for a week out. Dropped the car off in the morning at 8am and i received a text three hours later saying my vehicle was ready. Shortly after, i received another text with a link to xxx port where i paid for my service long before my arrival at the dealership to collect my vehicle. I showed up , picked up my car and was out of there in under 5 minutes of my arrival. George as usual, was exceptional and the entire team were very proffessional and polite.

Our experience was outstanding. Our sales professional Don Bragg was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. Don listened to our needs and worked with us to find the best car and deal. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car to us and finish the deal. We also very much liked working with his manager Dan Cole, who was also a pleasure and very professional. Dan and Don made it a great value for us. I also wanted to recognize Lisa Collins, our finance gal who made the paper process fast and efficient and was also very courteous and professional. All around excellent experience and a pleasure. We love our new Q7 and look forward to a long term relationship with Audi San Diego!

We've searching for new Q7 for about 1 yr and after talking to multiple dealers all over So. Cal, we finally purchased our new Q7 with Don Bragg at Audi San Diego. Most dealer will change numbers, offer different amount and when we actually sat down to sign papers and they change their numbers around (Typical dealer tactics) But Don was friendly, honest and made our purchase easy breeze from day I called him. We end up waiting about 2 month for our car to arrive and Don made sure to update all information and contacted me once arrived. At the dealer we were in and out within 2 hours. I will highly recommend Don to any of my family, friends and colleagues. Thanks for your help Don with my wife's new Q7.
