Enjoyable morning
Took son's car in for oil change and inspection. First time going to this VW dealer. Had poor experience at a different VW dealer. My entire experience with Beechmont Service was friendly and supportive. Would not hesitate to return. :)

Excellent service
Tammy Hartman is an excellent representative for VW Beechmont. One of the reasons we chose VW Beechmont was because of the excellent service both in terms of sales AND service! It was wonderful to have a desktop to work with my laptop, good coffee, and convenient restroom. Service was done well, fully explained, and with a smile. Great place.

Tammy recognizes the inconvenience of a car needing service. She goes the extra mile to make certain her customer is inconvenienced as little as possible by providing a loaner and keeping the customer appraised of progress. On top of that, she's just a good and genuine person ... always remembers the little things about the customer. People like to be treated as individals. Tammy has mastered that art...a real asset to Beechmont VW. Clay did a great job servicing yet another worn out part on my little black bug.

Very pleased.
I took our new Jetta for its new car service. We've had it for just 3 weeks. I had a very good experience. After determining that I had an appointment, I was asked to go on to the waiting room rather than stand and wait while she finished with another customer. When she came to talk with me, she had already been to my vehicle. We discussed what they would do and I had a chance to show her a couple of us concerns. They were addressed quickly. My wait wasn't long and I was on my way. Very friendly and professional. I made a good choice of where to purchase our vehicle!

Great Service, Felt Comfortable!
Tammy had excellent customer service and was very friendly! I had never been to Beechmont VW and she was very welcoming and showed me around the dealership to make me feel very comfortable. She walked me through the different services that were being done to my car and gave me the time of day to explain everything. I would highly recommend working with Tammy if at all possible because she was happy and cared about every detail. Great experience!

Very favorable experience
I'll get the bad out of the way first: It took a long time and several tries to get thru by phone. Once that annoyance was over, nothing could have been better. I've never had better explanations of work done, and info that will help me better enjoy my year-old car. And I was out the door earlier than I'd been told to expect. It was among the best dealer experiences I can remember--and I've been driving for 50 years and have owned dozens of cars.

friendly, but slow on paperwork
I feel it took two hours for the deal to be complete, after I okayed the price!!! They were very thorough going over the car and its details, which is GREAT!! But, it seemed the paperwork took forever!!! They did NOT try to play price games with me, and honored what I had been told on the phone!! I would return here again!!
