Friendly and Professional
We leased a 2014 Ford Escape SE. Jesus our sales associate worked out the payments I wanted and the whole experience was pleasant. He respected the effort I put in to finding exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the car we got! Michael the leasing agent was also very helpful and friendly.

Professional, personable, good Service.
Jack Hawkins is the best salesperson I've ever known. He cares most about my needs, and was never pushy, always offering excellent ideas. The Manager Travis, was a real professional. When I buy a car, there is always 'negotiations', and Travis was straightforward, and very pleasant to work with. I had one concern during the paperwork phase, and Travis immediately remedied everything. All told, this was an excellent buying experience.

Excellent buying experience!!!
I dealt with Patrick MacAllister who is by far the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. From his product knowledge to his pleasant demeanor I was very impressed. He maintained constant phone contact with me, updating me as to the status of my car all along the way, even when his wife was sick in hospital! I have recommended him to others as a result of how he treated me and will continue to do so.

Mustang oil change
When I arrived I did not have a appointment. Joshua had the oil change and a car wash done in about a hour. All I can say is WOW that's excellent service.

I bought an F 150 from your dealership one year ago. I enjoyed dealing with that salesman. I think his name was Robert. He was what I call an "empathic listener" instead of a seller. He understood me and what I needed and wanted. He quickly got it. I also liked and thanked him, because I asked him upfront, in a compelling way, not to use old fashioned car selling tactics with me, or I would walk out. I told him that I was certain I wanted to buy a Ford truck. Therefore, not to wear me down and waste both of our time....and for God's sake....not to bring in a "closer", because I would walk out on the spot and your dealership would never see me again. He respected and honored my requests, and we closed a deal in no time, which pleased me, and I walked out the door with a smile and feeling good. I told him that he was very helpful and made the experience a good one for me. Linda in service was also very personable, light hearted, and we joked while she quickly took care of everything. Your attention to service makes all the difference to me. Thank you. I'll be back.

Good Service
I love to take my 2002 Lexus to North County Ford. Very friendly and professional staff. Very clean waiting rooms. Will definitely go back. One area to improve on is the turn around time. This is issue with all the dealer places but this area definitely can be improved. It took me almost 2 hours for an oil change, need to be improved.
