Easy,and very professional
Id given them t star because they gave us the best possible and affordable car. They made sure that we are satisfied to what we are getting telling us what we need to learn about the car.everyone was so nice and friendly. We kinda waited a little while inside because of insurance problem but overall they all did good. Thank you jim clark for helping us we appreciate you all.

Disappointing
Purchased my first truck after trading in my older reliable car. Within a week the transmission started slipping and by the end of the second week the transmission was in a shop, getting rebuilt. Since the extended warranty wasn't purchased, the dealer only covered his 10% of the bill. I went into this hoping to get a quality product and help out a smaller dealership and ended up with a unreliable vehicle that left a bad taste in my mouth. After asking around many other small dealers told me they would absolutely take care of the problem to keep my business but that wasn't the case with these guys. I work with some of my cities finest who protect and serve our community. You can bet there won't be any referrals from me. All around terrible experience

My husband and I were out shopping around for a car. We wanted something with good gas mileage, low miles and a little newer then our other 2 vehicles. We had driven by the dealership about a month before and remember someone had come out to talk to us even though it was after hours. When we stopped in the other day we were greeted again with a smile. Kent helped us but was not pushy at all. He was very easy going and even stayed past closing time to process our paperwork for use to drive the car off the lot that night. It was a great experience and we are both happy with the clean very good looking car we purchased.

Great Experience
I went to several dealerships in Topeka before stopping in at Jim Clarks. I can honestly say that the experience I has there was better than anywhere else I had gone. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will not hesitate to go back next time I'm shopping!

Excellent
I did not have a problem at all with this dealership. The guys helped me as much as they could to fit my picky needs :) After hours, I was finally satisfied with what I chose & couldn't be happier! Overall, they were great! I didn't even plan on getting a car that day either :P

Great Customer Service, easy buying process.
I bought two vehicles from this dealership on 3/1/13. I was very happy with the salesmen who sold me the cars, by the name of Emery and Glen. I have become very good friends with all of the salesmen that work at this dealership, and have recommended several other people to go there and purchase their cars.
