Nice and friendly

Looked at 2 different vehicles, gave me and my wife time to come to a decision without being rushed. Purchased a 06 Infiniti m35x and drove it home 4hrs without any problems.

Horrible Customer Service

I called in to ask about a car and the dealer snapped at me when I asked the price saying "Isn't it on the site" I liked how the car look but will never go there that was bad customer service and uncalled for attitude.

JEEP BUYER FROM FREDERICK MD

Just purchased a 2005 Jeep G.Limited with a HEMI engine from Mark @ M & M AUTOBROKERS in Chantilly. We drove 2 hours from Frederick MD. The SUV was as described, and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Today, we took it for MD inspection, and to our surprised it passed with no issues. Thank you Mark for all your help with our purchase, and we will recommend you to our friends and family.

terrible experience, worst customer service

If I could give negative stars I would, this place is rude, unorganized. talk about a hostile buying enviroment. just the initial call to the delerships, he wouldn't answer my questions about the vehicle, then kept saying I wasn't good enough to buy from his lot, based solely on the fact that I had questions.

Horrible Service, Rude Salesman

The sales person ignored us even after he had clearly acknowledged us, there was no other customer there. When we asked about the car we were interested in, he told us that unless we had money in our hands, we could not ask questions about the car, take a look at it, or take is for a test drive. Do not waste your time coming to this dealer, Their cars don't look like the pictures and the service is horrible, save yourself a trip and take your business elsewhere.

Extremely Rude and Lazy

Called about a vehicle that only had photos of the exterior. Had asked the man if he could take a few pictures of the interior and text them to me before we drove over an hour to look at it and he replied "not on a Saturday, I'm too xxxx busy". I replied "You won't even send pictures to a potential customer?" And he said "no". Horrible customer service.

Terrible Experience... Very RUDE people

We tried to call in and ask about a car.. First the car was not as described on website and had a 1000 dollar repair needed, and then we were being yelled at on the phone. Would never call again

More dealers should be like this.

I drove an hour down from MD to look at a truck M&M was selling. The truck was exactly as described (better condition than I expected honestly). Mark made it easy to test drive the vehicle, and the buying process took us all of 15 minutes or so (the deal is listed price + dealer fee), including temporary VA registration so we could drive it home. Vehicle passed MD inspections w/o a problem. Though we had an issue when titling; a call back and Mark jumped on the issue and had it straightened out in under 24 hours. I'd buy from M&M again.

Great customer service

I was looking for a used car which will be my second car. Since it will be my second car, I had a low budget for it. This place has an impressive collection of used car with good price. I have tried couples of cars and honestly liked pretty much all of them. I ended up buying a 2003 Honda Accord. I am very happy with the car. What I liked about this particular dealer is that, they asked me about what I was particularly looking for and then they came up with good suggestions. They also have good financing options. Overall, my experience with this dealer was delightful.

Deals that I couldn't resist

I have bought a 2005 Mercedes Benz C240 in the morning. when I returned home my wife drove the car and she loved it so much that she went back in the afternoon and trade in her 2003 Honda Pilot for 2005 Mercedes Benz C230. We have got amazing deals on both of the cars. We have bought cars from this dealer 5 years ago and definitely will be buying cars in the future as well.
