Best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever encountered. Both Ty and Damian,'s product knowledge is exceptional plus there is one other positive they both possess. They both have notable people skills, the one notable that is so rare in individuals today. Thank you for having these individuals on your staff. Kudos to whoever hired them.

I got a fair deal on a new Super Duty and also got the exact amount for my trade-in that had been offered to me via Click Lane. I am only giving 4 Stars because I haven't used the Service Dept yet so it would be presumptuous of me to give 5 Stars until I experience their service. But, so far so good.

They took a job Firestone told us they couldn’t complete

They took a job Firestone told us they couldn’t complete with no notice and got us back on the road so we could drive home to Virginia. We are customers of McDavid since the 80s and once again they delivered superior service. Thanks especially to Rebecca for managing the repairs.

After my car being totaled and searching for three plus

After my car being totaled and searching for three plus weeks for a vehicle, I was frustrated and exhausted! We found a vehicle that we were very interested in at David McDavid Ford. We called ahead and spoke to Benji. Then we made the trip from Garland to Fort Worth. It was a long trip! We found the car to be just as described on the internet. We met Benji, test drove the car, and made the purchase. Because I financed the vehicle through my credit union, the purchase took a few days. During this time, I communicated with Benji mostly by text message. He was always very quick to respond and to answer my questions. He went out of his way to cover any/all issues due to outside financing prior to me making the trip back to finalize the sale, which I greatly appreciated. At no time did I feel pressured, hassled, or deceived. When the paperwork was presented to me there were no “additional charges” presented as other dealerships had done. The price on the vehicle was the price! I would highly recommend going to David McDavid Ford and giving Benji your business! It was a long drive but it turned out to be well worth it!
