Donald when is the head sales advisors was so kind and courteous and made our time they’re so nice and so did a lot of the other sales people but our own sales person named Johnathan made us feel like he didn’t care to wait on us didn’t care to make the sale of the Lexus was very rude when we asked him if we could get our car washed and in the future we will never use him we will buy Lexus but I gave the overall rating of the dealership a five just because of the other people that were there not because of the person that sold us the car just had to let you know that and I’m glad that you sent a survey or I probably never would have told you and he should have been spoken to about his rapport with his customers because he did not even think us nor shake her hand or say goodbye to me as he left excuse me as we left anyway we bought a Lexus and we’re happy with the car thank you for asking Michelle and Glenn Balfour
