Took my vehicle in for service as all my check engine

Took my vehicle in for service as all my check engine warning lights were on. I purchased the vehicle a couple months back and it was just out of warranty, but the dealership covered the cost of repairs and a big thanks to Adam for making that possible. My second car purchased from this dealership, and it is because of the friendly staff and excellent service.

Service technicians are lazy.

Service technicians are lazy. They do not actually check for problems but check off as if they did. 2nd visit, they recommend services that are unnecessary, because they do not check. Previous Asst Svc Manager, Jorge (George) was great and cared. Of course he left. Example from last 3 visits: Checked off that cabin air filter was good to go, actually had a full bird nest on it. George saw it and replaced. 2nd time, I told the story to person helping me. And then I said let's check. Sure enough, filthy again but technicians had checked off good to go. 3rd time (last week) technician said it needed to be replaced not knowing that it was replaced less than 5k miles ago because the person you deal with face to face had replaced it free of charge after discovering it on the 2nd visit. Therefore it did not show up as having been done and so the technician just said needs new cabin air filter. When it was checked it was perfectly clean. I used to trust the dealership completely. But seems like those guys are all gone.

If the General Manager you are referring to will be the Service Director Dave Wallace, then no. I dealt with him a long tome ago and well, I will leave it at that. Thankfully along came Jorge (George) referenced above and my faith in the dealership was restored. Now that he is gone, here we are again. If it will be the actual General Manager of the dealership, then ok. I haven't been disappointed by him yet. Who will I be speaking to?

I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied. I had requested to refill the antifreeze liquid but the antifreeze liquid wasn’t filled. I was told that it’d take 45 minutes for the inspection but I had to wait for almost 2 hours to get back my car. When I got back my car the documents from the glove box were all over the car. I wonder why they had to check my documents from the glove box. I’m not even sure why f there’s any thing that’s missing. I had coupons from the dealership and had thought of taking my other car for servicing but now I’m totally against taking any of my cars there.
