Ecellent Service

I took my Honda to this dealership for a recall on fuel pump. Haasan gave excellent customer service, was very professional.

Service Department at the Honda Nation

I did have a little issue when I went to pick up my car because they could not locate my paperwork. Finally , one of he senior employees came and assisted me and I was out and about 10 minutes. I would say the conditions and workers have their hands full because they are doing a lot of workarounds i order to satisfy their clients.

Oscar Castro - Dulles Honda

Oscar was prompt, polite and explained everything clearly. When I was notified that I needed additional repairs beyond the regular service, he explained what those were and gave me pricing. When I asked about doing some of the items and not others he politely provided several quotes for different combinations of repairs, but never pressured me into doing something. Car was delivered on time and run through the car wash.
