I purchased my Honda Pilot (Elite) from AutoNation and was promised for complimentary first 2 servicing. First servicing was properly done, and Even the battery was replaced under warranty as it failed the load test. Was super happy! The second complimentary servicing was just done last week. However, they were not willing to do it for free. They mentioned that there are lot of changes in the management. Finally, they agreed to do it complimentary. Later when I was handed the invoice, they charged for $24.99 for tire rotation, just the oil change was free. It was B1 servicing that my vehicle required and this includes tire rotation, which I tried to consult with the service consultant. His answer was, this is all he can do, and there can be no changes to the invoice. In order for me to be able to take the vehicle from the dealership, I would have to make the invoiced payment. I paid and left with sour feeling. I felt cheated, even though it wasn’t much.

Can’t get a straight answer!
I was trying to find out what the processing fee was and I can’t get a straight answer! I was interested in one of their cars but didn’t want to pay anything over $300 for a processing fee.
