I am highly disappointed that Honda of Dulles has no

I am highly disappointed that Honda of Dulles has no reward system in place for their dealership to recognize the excellent customer service and excellent work given by the service workers or the mechanics. Think about it: how often does someone buy a car? Service on your car is constant, not necessarily for breakdown repairs but for regular maintenance. They need to be rewarded more so than sales. Give them their due!!! They are the ones that make repeat customers more so than sales!!!!! Shame on you!!! Reward them for their outstanding work!!! We come back because of them!!!! Adam Kearney has been our service advisor for years, not because we bought our car from you, but because he gives excellent service along with the mechanics he works with!!!

This was a larger service visit (oil change, transmission

This was a larger service visit (oil change, transmission fluid change, replace rear brakes, and replace rear shocks) and Dulles Honda service did everything right. Scheduling the appointment was easy, drop off was easy, the car was finished before I expected it and the price was as promised--no unexpected charges and no attempted upselling other services we didn't want. And the best part was that I had been hearing a "thunking / rattle" and asked them to try and find it. They did and it was repaired during the visit. We take all 3 of our cars to DH and will continue to do so. Thank you!

It took 3 hours after we walked in to buy our car.

It took 3 hours after we walked in to buy our car. The process is absurd and we probably would have set there even longer, if I had not threatened to walk out in 10 minutes and canceling the purchase if Autonation would not finish the registration. It turned out they were attending other customers first for the final phase. I had discovered a malfunctioning part and the asked another hour to fix it. When we came back they had just sort of stuck it in place without fixing it. They claim to check the second hand cars on 100 points. That is obviously pure nonsense. All in all a rather unpleasont buying experience.

The car inside was not clean even being informed there

The car inside was not clean even being informed there was a foot print on the back of the seat before taking a car. The worse was there was a flash light left in the engine room. Luckily I checked the car before taking it out. It would cause the serious damage to the car if not being found out.
