Got my new car from Carl Burger Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM World yesterday and could not been happier. Michael provided exceptional 5 star service, gave me an amazing deal and got me in a brand new car that I wanted. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to all my friend and family.

Sooooo my wife and I came in to check out a Car. Couldn't make a deal on it unfortunately, however Brandon and Christian worked out another deal for a different car. In the process of my Financing with Sonny my wife spoke with Christian and decided to get her in a new Jeep Compass. I wanna be mad but xxxx these guys are so good we are both walking out with new cars. I just got David Blained without all the fireworks. These guys are magical. Professional, welcoming and friendly staff at this dealership. From my first contact with them over the phone to the time we drove off the lot in our new Durango, the service was excellent. I did extensive research and test drove several midsize SUV's. At the end of the day the Dodge Durango was #1 on my list for the price, quality, features, handling, safety and comfort, and mpg this was the best car for my family. Jack Ford - Was very informative and helpful when showing me the Durango and gave me detailed information on two models to help me decide which one to select. He had a calm and friendly demeanor and was never steering me towards any particular model or pressuring me to buy or decide. Was patient and took his time answering all my questions about the vehicle. Definitely ask for Jack if you visit Carl Burger! David Flores - Sales Manager also provided great service. He was welcoming and friendly and honest about the numbers and what they could offer. He also was patient and helpful as I made my decision. When I presented comparable/lower deals from other dealerships I appreciated that both Jack and David helped breakdown and compare the vehicles down to the features to see if it was really a comparable deal. Sonny Kareem - handled our finance paperwork. He was very straightforward and professional. Gave us information on optional features we could purchase but was never insistent or pushy that we add them. No hidden fees or additional charges snuck into our contract like we had read online that other dealerships do.

Started just looking around at different dealers but deal was made to good to pass up here at Carl Burger by Jack Ford. He worked out with my budget and got me a decent rate. We are very happy. Especially the no pressure part.

Sales person was very kind and helpful. He explain me everything and gave several options, for me to choose the best one. He gave the time that aneeded to take my decition.

Hassan was GREAT! Very nice great customer service and very attentive. He explained everything in detail. Which was great but somehow by the time we got to finance it was a different story. Very disappointing. We were told one thing when negotiating then it changed when we got to finance. Again, nothing to do with Hassan he was a great guy.

AMAZING AMAZING AND AMAZING. We loved our buying experience there. The best part was being with Sonny..He made us laugh so much and forget about the stressful negotiation process we had inside the other big showroom.
