I had a great experience with Rudy. He was always prompt and courteous in his correspondence, and he stayed late at the dealership for me while I was stuck in traffic. Once I got there, I was test-driving the car in about 2 minutes. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour (granted I came in with my down payment and financing ready to go). It would have been sooner but there was another customer with the finance guy in front of me. When I bought my last car at another dealership, I came in with a cashier's check for the FULL PURCHASE PRICE of the car and it still took them five hours to get me out of there, so Rudy's expediency is much appreciated. I also appreciate that Rudy didn't try to up-sell me on anything. I came in to look at a specific vehicle in my price range and that's what I drove away with. Fantastic price, too. My new (to me) 2010 Charger 3.5L/SXT had the lowest miles and was several thousand dollars cheaper than ANY 2009 and older Charger (even the base SE model) at ANY dealership. I looked in Cerritos, Long Beach, and Santa Monica and no one came close. Thanks! I know where I'll come to first next time I need a car.

We were very specific about the model, paint, interior and options we wanted on our new Lacrosse. I had a lot of questions about my Terrain and was constantly sending e-mails to Rudy about various details. He was very patient with me and answered my questions as well as validating my need to ask so much. He made the process a great experience.
