Brought a key fob to get program.

Brought a key fob to get program. Had to bring back twice, I was told key fob is bad and have to get a new one. I’m getting charged twice for programming

I had an issue with my 2021 Silverado, spoke to several

I had an issue with my 2021 Silverado, spoke to several employees and management, they ended up resolving my issue and took in my trade and offered and 2025 with discounts due to the situation at hand. Uri was amazing in the process of it all on going back and forth trying to get a resolution for me and closing the deal and making sure I had what I needed this time around, Jeff as well was great on assisting and bringing down the truck for me to see before I purchase due to my crazy busy schedule. Gabriel in Service as well was very helpful and followed up. I will definitely continue doing business and recommend this dealer and their staff.

Dealership sold me a Z06 with 5000$ mark up but promised

Dealership sold me a Z06 with 5000$ mark up but promised 500,000 points from GM during transaction. They later told me it was for 2023 only. I have a signed document stating I would get points during transaction. Very deceptive practice!!

We called ahead, spoke to Jesse.

We called ahead, spoke to Jesse. He met us when we arrived. We'd come in to purchase a mid-sized sedan. The vehicle wasn't quite the best fit for our needs. We soon found a small cross over SUV. It was perfect...nifty, roomy, handled well, good acceleration, and great mileage. Jesse was great. We purchased the vehicle on the spot.

Purchased a 2021 Chevy Bolt EV 1st thing is the post the price on the internet $4,000 cheaper than the actual price because of the $4,000 rebate you get from California on used EV's (joke) 2nd is I was basically forced to pay $1,200 additional for a tracking unit that they add to all their cars for inventory purposes (joke) I can go on and on but I'll never purchase a car from this dealer ever again

Nice people, nice staff but they scammed me and put my

Nice people, nice staff but they scammed me and put my life on risk. They sold me a Porsche with 12 recalls and suspension damage knowing that’s forbidden to sell a car with recalls and one of the recalls where brake and airbag unit related so I could get really serious injured if a accident happen or the brake could stop working. For their profit they put my life at risk!!! Since the second day the car is at Porsche and I bought a car to have it at the dealer that’s the idea behind buying a new car!
